I have had three galaxies and all 8f them have a problem with keeping a charge and because the warranties expired a year before I bought it i gave no option to get the phones fixed or get my money back and the issue is a hardware problem nothing I did. I will be switching to Apple and I will never ever purchase another samsung product again. This company sells,defected devices and make sure there is no way to rectify the issue. I have had this TV for just over one month and now can't get any sound. When I contacted the 'help line' I am told this is a fault with the TV they can't give me any timescale the problem will be fixed, can't replace my TV as would give the same model with same fault and won't replace with different model. Why have they not recalled these TV's why are they stil selling them. I will never buy a Samsung again the customer service is shocking no help at all.
I have been dealing with the Samsung "customer relations team" for over a month now! They have been a nightmare to deal with. We bought a beautiful french door refrigerator that has not even lasted 5 years! When the Samsung refrigerator went out in mid JULY of 2017, it was a full week and three mechanics later that our refrigerator was deemed irreparable by a service center they sent us to. Then the responsibility became mine to get them the information about the condition of the refrigerator. They kept opening and closing what they call "tickets" and no one in the entire customer service center was ever on the same page. If i went through my story once, I went through it 100 TIMES! Every one transferred me to someone else. Once I finally started to get somewhere and get some answers and was promised an "accommodation" for the refrigerator that, per their request, I was not allowed to get rid of, they were going to send out more technicians that could get the documents they needed to show that my refrigerator was not reparable. I get a phone call yesterday, and the guy says... "mam you are not eligible for any other services or refunds from Samsung, we are going to close all you open tickets." I absolutely lost it. This was probably the 100th rep I had spoken to and he was even more clueless than the rest. I pitched a big enough fit that they are going to review my case again, but I'm sure it will get me no where! Beyond irritated and will never use Samsung again! Here's to another 2 months of clueless reps, and hour and a half long phone calls.
Stove top purchased on 3 months ago. Top is peeling off and THEY refuse to do anything about it! An hour plus speaking with 3 different people and they all give you language deep in some website somewhere why they won't back up their products! Do NOT purchase their products. Buy KitchenAid, better to spend a little more and have it backed up.

Very disapointed in Samsung at this time and would not recommend. I bought a gear fit 2 almost a year ago and I love it as well as my Samsung phone. I have recommended their products to family and friends but after what I have just gone through I am reconsidering doing so. It says this watch can be worn up to 5 feet deep for 30 minutes. This is a lie. I wore my watch for 5 to 10 minutes in a hot tub most of the time with my arms out along the sides. At first it was fine and then it stopped working or charging. I called Samsung and told them what happened. The man I talked to said if it was not fixable I would get a new one. I sent it in and it came back saying not fixable due to mother board damage. After several more phone calls and lies such as we will take the note off about the mother board damage and you can send it back to get fixed I just found out they won't fix it and everything I was told was a lie. The guy I talked to today said that the notes don't say they will fix it or send me a new one or I would have a new tracking label after a few days. I am not an idiot. If I had been told that it was not fixable from the beginning I would not have sent in or had done numerous phone calls to find out the status. What I found out today is that Samsung does not back their guarantees on their products and if they tell you something can withstand being in the water for a certain time period and depth that they don't mean it and are ok with false advertising and will blame you for not using the product carefully. Any of you who knows me knows I protect my electronics right away. I buy cases and screen protectors. Even my gear fit had a protector. I am so angry at Samsung for not standing behind their product and for their customer service department that can lie and make promises and get away with it.

I do not recommend Samsung, their products are made of poor quality, and brake very easily. I bought a Dishwasher (DW80M2020US/AA) two months ago, and it broke from one day to another. When I checked with the techinician, I was informed that this was because Samsung products are made of cheap materials, which havent even been properly assembled.
Most important of all, when the Support Services from Samsung inspected the unit in my home, they unilaterally determined that it had suffered a physical damage and therefore, the reparation expenses wouldnt be covered by the warranty. Needless to say that the so-called damage, was internal. I have spent countless hours on the phone with them, and it was an absolute waste of time.
Dont buy dishwashers from them; better go to Whirlpool, or any other serious brand.

Brand new fridge, purchased July 2017. Icemaker broke in first week. Contacted Samsung warranty, they arranged the service repair, after I sent them picture of broken part. Service center contacted me about repair. I told them what was broke, service was scheduled a week later. Technician showed up for repair, did not have part to fix. Has to return at a later date. Three weeks old, no ice now for two weeks. Very misleading reviews on consumer reports. I searched reviews on models similar and the same after purchase. I found countless reviews about problems with icemaker. Lesson do very thorough research on specific model. Will not purchase another Samsung product. Customer service is no help, they say they are documenting and recording your complaint. Countless form letters after each email. But they already got your money.
I have been using Samsung Galaxy S8 for a year now and I am pretty impressed by its power lasting quality. What I am really grateful about is their excessive storage and camera quality, JUST WHAT I NEEDED! Actually, my best friend gifted me on my birthday he bought it from telemart Pakistan. Do not buy Samsung, period. We purchased this refrigerator less than 5 years ago and the top ice maker stopped working. Contacted Samsung after reading so many other reviews about defective ice makers in their refrigerators to ask for help with repair, as this is a $3,000 refrigerator that should not need repair after so short a time. I was told there was nothing they could do and to call a service tech or buy a guide to try to repair myself. Told Samsung they should take a look at the astounding number of complaints with their refrigerators and stand behind the quality of their products and the consumers who keep them in business. They don't seem interested in doing either, only interested in ripping consumers off with a poor product and poor customer service. This will be the last Samsung appliance I will ever purchase and encourage others to stay away from this brand as well.

I bought a Samsung combi microwave and convection oven. I just use it for microwave and to bake. I never use the weight sensor to cook but that is the one thing that gives me a problem. I replaced the weight sensor part last year and now its giving me the same error again. Should have gone with LG!
Samsung television is the ABSOLUTE WORST TV ON THE MARKET! I should have learned from the previous Samsung TV I bought that within a year of purchase the volume stopped working. I guess I am a glutton for punishment I bought a 24inch smart tv January 2017 at the advise of the Best Buy sales rep for my place of business for the purpose of listening to Pandora, fast forward to the end of May 2017, and the "smart tv" can no longer connect to the wifi, it doesn't even detect a wifi signal. I called customer service, thinking that it would be an easy fix, and they would send someone to fix the television, only to find out that the television is too small to have a repair person come and accommodate a customer. After trying multiple times to reach a manager who is "ALWAYS IN A MEETING" and CAN NEVER RETURN A CALL, I had to mail the television to a repair center all the way in New Jersey, because there are no repair center/s in Los Angeles. Two weeks later, my tv is now missing, because apparently UPS delivered it to the wrong person, even though they have my correct name and address. Customer service can only offer an apology but is incapable of solving any problem, so they LIE and said they will conduct an investigation and would give me a call back. I have yet to receive a call from anyone from this WRETCHED COMPANY... (ANYONE INTERESTED IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IM IN!) HEY SAMSUNG, YOU MAKE CRAPPY TV'S, CRAPPY PHONES, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS ALREADY AND STOP ROBBING CONSUMERS.
Purchased a top load clothes washer; product recalled. Purchased a French door refrigerator; ice maker poorly designed causing ice build up, breaking the ice holder. Purchased a 42 in television and the back of it would vibrate with low frequency sounds when watching movies. All were purchased within a year and all went bad within 2 years. This is buy far the worst phone on the market...! I purchased my Samsung galaxy S8 Plus from T-Mobile. The 1st Day I used the phone camera icon, located on the bottom right... the screen cracks and falls apart where the glass curves... wtf.! T-Mobile said even though I was within my 14 day return window, they refused to refund or exchange. Stating. The cracked screen was a manufactuerer defect and that T-Mobile will not accept damaged phones. I emailed Samsung and some random middle eastern tech stated he would get back to me. Well I purchased the phone June 16 and it's July 20.? I've tried several more times to get in contact... but WAIT...! I HAVE TO PRAY TO GOD AND HOPE MY PHONE CHARGES...!@#@#! Because it always says "Moister Detected In Port" and I have to reset the phone at least 10x in a row. Don't Say use the wireless charger... because that makes the phone screen flicker on and off rapidly. If you charge the phone power off. The phone FREAKS out and pulses on and off.? At this point its clear Samsung truly doest care and im just a number. And T-mobile said used my insurance $$$ 275$$$ after wasting $900.$$@$$. I have always been a Samsung and Android user...
