I brought a brand new Samsung galaxy 8+ with 8 months the phone stop working properly when contract customers service they refused to help or replace my phone with a new one they try to send me a used phone or ask me to send mind to get fix at my cost, which means I will be without a phone for 7 to 10 business days and I still have to pay my phone carrier for a phone that I'm not using not fair. Think twice before you buy there phone.
My refrigerator wasn't cooling and eventually went out. I called Samsung and was told I could get compensated for my food loss. Several times I had to call and every time they had to give me a new ticket number, I sent a copy of my food receipts and then they told me no they needed a list. So I do all of this over a month's time only for them to tell me oh your refrigerator is not under warranty so we can't compensate you. All this time none of the reps told me that. So I wasted a months time for no help at all with my food loss and having to get a new refrigerator. Sucks won't buy from them again.!
Bought a dryer and it only worked for 3 days before is sounded like there was freight train in my house! Customer service horrible, customer relations worse then that and now a month and a half later still waiting for my refund! Stay away from ALL of there products. My brother in law had one of there phones that caught on fire!
I had ordered two cases for my samsung s7 edge. When my ordered arrived after three weeks. My order was to be shipped expedited. I only received one case. I had called customer service and they stated there was not anything they could do and my issue would have to be escalated to warehouse. Warehouse would have to locate my item. I have not heard anything from them. I contacted my bank to receive my money bank. They have lost my business.
I purchased a Samsung refrigerator model # RF220NCTASR from LOWES.
The temperature controller could only produce a temperature of 44 degrees at maximum setting. LOWES replaced it with another fridge. The second one came with a screw at the bottom partially sticking out which I managed to screw back in fully.
The two French Doors were misaligned. The space at the top had noticeably more separation than at the bottom. There is a an adjusting screw at the bottom of the right door which I was able to adjust to correct some of the spacing. I still needed to adjust the left door to bring the alignment to full correction, but the left door didnt have an adjusting screw. Through many phone calls I found the correct part number and contacted Samsung. I ordered the part but Samsung sent the incorrect part. I called a second time and once again they sent the wrong part. I dont understand how this can happen twice. Once the oder is placed I get an email from LOWES stating I will receive the part shortly. (Perhaps there is a communication error between LOWES and Samsung and the correct information isnt passed along. I dont know if LOWES orders the part once Samsung approves it or Samsung orders the part directly). I will try for a third time. So far it has been about 6 weeks (for one screw) now because each time it takes weeks before I receive the shipment. Getting the correct part has been quite a task. I recently tried for the third time and once again they sent the incorrect part and when you speak to the Samsung sales agent, here is so much chatter in the background it is is difficult to understand them. I received a call from LOWES and they said they put the request in for the part number I gave them ( she repeated the number I gave them) but for the forth time the incorrect part came in.
I bought a stove, microwave and refrigerator 2.5 years ago. Within the first month one of the stove burners didn't work and i had to fight to get new stove but now my fridge just went out and I had to contact them multiple times because they were not even going to tell me!. After talking with someone for about 10 minutes on the phone they tell me there is no one in the area to fix their crappy product... I take that back they said they had someone but he doesn't come with good recommendations! SERIOUSLY bad PRODUCT AND EVEN WORSE customer service NEVER AGAIN!
Sent me a faulty speaker and they refuse to replace it. All they do is take your money. Customer service is a waste of time as they will not help you. I am going to spend my money elsewhere. Perhaps a company that will back their product and their customer. Would give a zero for review if it was possible.
I ordered a phone a week ago. They haven't even shipped it yet. It was advertised that it would ship within the week that the order was placed. Nope. I tried calling, and of course samsung is cheap and has you talk to an indian call center where they literally can't understand you when you give them your phone number. I had to repeat it 7 times! And that was just for them to verify who I was. Needless to say, I never got an answer from them after waiting on to talk to someone for 10 minutes and being put on hold several times... Great phones, piss poor customer service.
This is the worst company that i have ever dealt with, and i work in returns/customer service everyday for my job. First, I purchased a tv a little over a year, and something happened inside of the tv to where i know it's defective. I was told to submit everything to this email, which i did and providing a detailed description of what happened and took picture images, which i had no follow. So then, giving Samsung the benefit of the doubt, i live chatted a customer service representative, which at least a human was there to talk to me. He informed me that the ticket had been cancelled and i wasn't even aware of it. I didn't receive a phone call, voicemail or email. He then gave me a directive to resubmit everything again to this same email. He said that I would be notified within 24 hours, no response once again, so i live chatted another customer service representative today, and he said we can't really do anything because of the policy. I do understand the policy, but as the head of returns at a company, i deal with customers everyday that are just a few months out of the policy. I work with 400-500 vendors and i try to get an RGA for that customer no matter what, because i understand things just happen and more than likely the manufacturer will work with you. How is it that this a 174 billion dollar company won't help a customer, and i have had no follow up? Literally, radio silence. I am absolutely baffled and will NEVER EVER purchase from Samsung again. There are so many other competitors that i can purchase from. I've actually had excellent customer service with Sony, so I will be doing business with them moving forward. I will be sure to advise anyone looking to purchase tvs, appliances and phones, to go with another company.
Knowingly sent out the wrong item then because I was not able to notice till after 15 days wont take it back. Not everyone sits around and waits to open and use samsung crap. Worst customer service from the E commerce dept Nelson & Sarah. Repeated the something like a robot.
This $#*!ing website sucks, they dont put all tablets and phones and also hard to focus on $#*!, they didnt handle the site in a good, smooth way, the site is stupid and you can barely understand $#*! about the phone when they are not clear and they only show you the $#*!tiest products they have, i dont care if they are new when they are $#*!ty, also samsung phones and tablets suck, they are full of $#*!ing endless bugs even in battery charging the real percentage of battery $#*!, and they dont bring the updates to all phones and tablets, you have to buy a new $#*!ty phone must of the time if you want to use a new OS, and they make a new OS like every year..
In August I purchased Note 8 and never received free MicroSDXC EVO Plus Memory Card. I only purchased from Samsung because for the promotional items. When I call or email I get music playing forever, and no response in email. Now when I call I get transferred from one department to another.
My S8 Plus Is only a few months old. I am not impressed. The technology is fine as it usually is with Samsung. About the same with everything I've owned S4-S8. But I woke up one morning and it had a huge crack in the screen and I had never even dropped it. It happened because it was in my back pocket and a dime was in there with it so when I bent over to grab something for my kids it spider cracked all the way across. It's in a case that got excellent ratings but I one day last week I took the case off for a second and the entire back glass is cracked also. I have no idea when that happened. For the amount of money I spend on these products, it is built terribly. And spending $200 on an insurance claim for a product that should be able to withstand, in my opinion, at least a fall from pocket height is ridiculous. Samsung should replace every one sold with a quality product. I doubt I will be purchasing a Samsung phone again.
Two months ago I bought a GS2 (watch and fitness tracker). I found the battery life was very low. It had to be charged for a couple hours every day. I changed my schedule to facilitate the G2. The other day while charging I noticed the bezel had fallen off. I called Samsung to check the warranty. They said they'd fix it but since it was physical damage I'd have to pay. There was no physical damage, somewhere while wearing the watch the bezel just fell off. Samsung stood fast no help without even an inspection. I won't ever buy a Samsung product ever again.
Bought the Note7 like everyone else. Used my old phone for a discount on the note7. Then as we all know the phone was exploding and we were forced to trade the phone in and select another. I chose the samsung7 edge. I do not like this phone but put up with it until the next note was coming out. Now that the Note8 is here Samsung is not allowing people to give back the other phone and go into the note8. Shame on you Samsung. The only reason I have this phone is because of your failure. What is right is for Samsung to allow these phones to be taken back so we can get into the phone we wanted. This was not my fault it was theirs. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG. I gave you a chance to do the right thing and I will never buy your products again. I phone here I come
I called about a simple Question about the note 8 and the lady talk to me like I was crazy I was asking questions about the trade in offer, she said I had a note 7! Said no ma'am I own a Galaxy S8 plus. Then she call me a liar! Then I told her, I got the phone from the Samsung website... she treated me like garbage! Then I asked her for her name! She said she couldn't give it to me, and then I said OK what's is your employment number. Then she hung up! Call back again someone picked up and I said can I speak to your manager and then they put me on hold for 2 hours! Then some pick up and hung up! Then I called again talk to somebody else and he gave me a simple answer! Answer I need it! Then said he will do something or give me some kind of deal... but then his manager pick up, i told him too! I've been sooo loyal to SAMSUNG for them to treat me like GARBAGE! The manager SAID SORRY... nobody else could even help me or give me a gift card 5% 6% off anything!?! For my troubles from my waist! Of 3 hours and I was gonna buy something off the website too but once I finish paying off this phone they lost a very loyal samsung customer! I'm going to IPHONES OF LGS PHONES AND Appliances or anything
A year into having the galaxy s6 the screen began to peel off and they refused to fix it. Why should I, after already paying $600 for a phone, have to pay another $200 for a faulty screen? They refused to acknowledge that it was their fault that my screen was literally peeling off due to their mistakes. I have never seen this happen on any phone before.
I dressed my house with all samsung appliances. Fridge dumped on me after 3 years. Paid $2200 on special. Put over $900 in it. So the money I saved on original cost was no bargain. Stove fizzled after only a year. Had to replace circuit board. Dishwasher works so long as I all but wasj the dished as I load. Microwave"s handle broke off within 2 years. 3 tvs were all sent in trash. 2 lasted 3 years but one actuallu suri ed 4. Washer and dryer, my favorite of all, are still working great. But they are onlu inder a year. It was a sale I couldnt resist even after all my problems with the others. And here I sit on my Samsung Edge which I will have for a year in Oct! I only had to replace it once since I had it under the original warranty. Needless to say, my next phone and appliances will NOT be Samsung. I just hope appliances last another year when I sell my home as they will stay with next ownet in which I can start anew.
Horrible company to deal with when things go wrong. Delivered a broken TV and also took my tv as a promotional credit same day. Unfortunately most companies will rectify this within days. Nonetheless 3 weeks later and over 10 hours on the phone Samsung has decided to refund me the promotional price of the TV and refuses to honor the credit my other TV provided. Customer Service Reps were understanding of our plight but all decisions are left to a 'mythical' executive team and customer service reps are ALLOWED to lie to consumer to simply get them off of the phone.
I bought a Galaxy S8 two months ago. It took them about three weeks to send it to me and when it arrived at my address, I was out of town and couldn't receive it, so FedEx just returned the item to the shipper before I can do anything about it.
I called Samsung the very same day and asked if I can still receive the item or receive a refund as a store credit so that I can purchase the same item again, while they are receiving the previous one. They told me that it is not an option and I should wait for their warehouse to receive the item, then I will receive my refund in 3 to 5 business days.
They received back the item exactly one month ago and I have contacted them several times in the past month to check the situation (I was the one reminding them, more than a week after they received the item, that they have received it back! They had no idea!)
I have just been told that probably our financial department is unaware of the fact that we have received the item. So we have notified them now and it will take 7 to 14 business days from now for you to receive your refund! No apologies or compensation what so ever! (Not that I would do any other business with them if they have offered me a discount or anything but at least it would look like they are really sorry)
I have paid them the full price of the item 2 months ago without receiving it and right now I am not even hopeful that they will issue my refund in the next month!
