Delivery

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Received the delivery today…a nice big dent on the bottom!

Xxxxxc, here following up on our conversation last week relative to our Samsung Washing Machine delivery. A reminder, the original washer was less than a year old and was determined to be defective by Samsung.

You mentioned we may, or should, receive a call from RXO to allow us to pick up or deliver the item earlier than the next scheduled delivery on November 18th.

As we expected, no one from RXO had reached out to us and we suspect we will not get a delivery before November 18th.

You may recall, November 18th is the "4th"
Rescheduled delivery date with no prior notice on the first 2 rescheduled delivery dates. The first promise was a November 1st delivery.

The November 18th delivery requires another day of lost wages for me. As a result, of RXO's inexcusable reason for rescheduling, combined with the $300 (three hundred dollars) lost because I could not locate my purchase receipt when I made my claim, we are out nearly $1,600 (sixteen hundred dollars). Subsequently, I found the receipt however "nothing" could be done. We would have been "money ahead" if we went to the local center…bought a washing machine…and picked it up ourselves.

This has been a perplexing scenario. It is difficult to think Samsung does not have the leverage to convince any carrier to take care of their customer. Being told by both Samsung and RXO…there is "nothing"we can do has left us with bitterness. It is simply an unbelievable and unacceptable story.

Again. Should you have any questions or an idea how Samsung can reconcile our bitterness, please call me at xxxxx.

Watch out for their trade-in policies!

I was trading in my perfectly working galaxy 3 watch for the galaxy 5 watch. I received an text saying the my watch wasn't approved because they said I didn't factory reset the watch which I thought I did. I try to get my old watch back and was told I waited too long to get it back and in fact wouldn't get it back and will be charged the $190 trade in value on my new watch. Their resolution with me was to send new watch back. Sorry about your perfectly working watch that we aren't going to give you back. They are a very shady company when it comes to customer service. Buyer be aware.

Bad product wit h bad customer service on Samsung

Bad customer service and support.
My phone broke twice. The last time it took them more than a month to get the phone back.
Samsung products that were flagship for other company is no more. It they delivering bad product quality.
In any case, I am out I never going to buy a Samsung product anymore. As the high price, you put in. It does not get you an equivalent quality. So Better stay out of this company. Trust me, I was a customer for many year
When you talk to them, they use the strategy to ware you until you give up.

Giving 3 stars so they cant remove my review. Really should be none!
My phone went black after 4 months of owning it. I sent it to Samsung Cuz it was still under warranty. I received an email stating I needed to pay $377.76 to repair it. The LCD screen stopped working (no $#*!!) and this isn't covered in their warranty since "its such an expensive fix". Samsung is a multimillion dollar company and they can't stand behind products! I find this to be insulting to the consumers of the world! I will be taking this case to my attorney ( i took photos before sending my phone in and theres NO physical damage, but sumsung claims there is) and will NEVER again spend a single dime on any Samsung products again! Let's keep the rich people rich by taking advantage of the working class!

Ive had terrible issues with the remote for my TV their messaging support team is absolutely horrendous. Their help center call line is a joke, no one answers and the buttons on the call do not work. I will never purchase another Samsung product in my life. I use to love them but not anymore. I implore individuals to read reviews before making the worst decision of their life.

Samsung Washer WV60M9900. A real lemon! Finally got approval for refund after months of going back and forth and dealing with a VERY rude Samsung repairman (who had to eat crow after he found out we were right about what was wrong). 2 strikes so far - bad product, bad service. Then came the refund process. I feel like I've entered the 7th level of Hell. Slow, unresponsive, lost paperwork (after 3 submissions!), can't get past the lowest level functionaries to resolve issues. BAD BAD BAD. If the product was great, I STILL wouldn't buy anything from Samsung ever again, based on how little respect they have for their customers. Take my warning - spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

I bought a phone directly from Samsung.com thinking that it would be easy. They sent me the wrong product then denied my refund because I didnt send the product I bought. I have gone through 2 weeks of hell trying to get my money back and noone seeks to ever know anything that I previously called about when I call. The automated system is trash and noone speaks good English

This is the 3 and LAST time I will buy direct with Samsung, I put in the correct trade-in model, they internally change it after the sale then state, "the trade-in does not meet standards".
I do like the products, the SERVICE is the worst in the world.
Samsung does not care about customers, Asian mentality.

They are happy to take your money but will not stand behind their products. Bought a fridge and it broke 2 weeks after the warranty ran out, told it would be a $1200 repair and Samsung will do NOTHING! DO NOT BUY a SAMSUNG product of any kind THEY ARE JUNK! Zero Stars!

My wife and I purchased matching washer and dryer. The first dryer was delivered damaged, contacted Samsung and they were sending a replacement dryer. When the 2nd dryer arrived it was damaged in the same place as the first one so I refused delivery. We live in cape coral the hurricane wiped out all our belongings along with both of our cars. I was able to get our original washer and dryer to work but was noisy we had nothing clean. So we had a new working washer and dryer I found a family that needed a washer and dryer so I gave it them and they knew it Noisy but they were happy. Samsung now is telling they can't give a 3rd replacement because their system won't allow it. They said they could only refund my money for the dryer, then I could reorder a dryer but it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my refund. Like I told them when my money is refunded I would online and order a new dryer. I still have the original damaged dryer and told them when my new dryer arrives they can have the original damaged dryer back. Apparently that not good enough they want the dryer back and leave me with nothing to dry our laundry. The have sent my wife 3 emails and 3 texts just in 4 hours to schedule a pickup of the dryer. SAMSUNG uses a call center out of the country I have a hard time understanding what their saying. Unfortunately I'm in it for the long haul... last we need is to deal with this after the hurricane they are worse than my insurance company we are dealing with...

Fake warranty
November 3, 2022

Hi,

I have purchases a Samsung Flip 3 phone, and after 10 month it started to turn off when closed. I contacted the warranty department and sent the phone. Samsung repair team came back stating that the phone is scratch and that they have to charge me for repairs. I had the phone sent back. What kind of service is this? I research and this is an issue that a lot of other people have.

Worst company ever
November 3, 2022

My Samsung Qled tv only lasted 18 months. Other people online are having the same issues and Samsung could care less. No one should spend 900€ on a tv that doesn't even last 2 years. I'll never buy another Samsung product as long as I live.

Hi, I am malinda from sri lanka. I bought a samsung tablet on december 2020. I used it with very due care. It has never dropped or there is no even a single scratch. I used it with such due care. But very recently I noticed its screen has partially come off. It was turned off then and I tried to turn on but it didn't. I handed it over to Samsung service center and after few days they informed that some internal parts also need to be replaced ( which would not happen if the screen had not come off in the first place. Consequently I had to bear all the cost since warranty is over ( 1 year and 10 months). This is clearly manufacturing defect because i don't think tab would design its screen to come off after 1 year and 10 months when it is used in normal condition with due care. I urged them to investigate the causes. But they concealed under warranty terms.

We recently remodeled out kitchen and installed all new Samsung appliances from Home Depot. They are the worst appliances I have ever had in my 50 years as a homeowner. The fridge has already needed service twice and still operates inconsistently. The dishwasher "works" but does not clean even the mildest of foods from the dishes. They actually tried to tell me that I was the cause of the problem because I was pre-rinsing the dishes. The stove controls do not work properly. The microwave controls do not work properly. I have recently been researching and finding that even retail outlets are advising potential customers to avoid Samsung appliances. I only wish I had done this research beforehand.

My dishwasher tub liner has a lifetime warranty which states that if it cannot be repaired it will be replaced. Goodman home solutions came on 9/7/22 and stated it cannot be repaired. Now Samsung is saying that because they cant get that report from Goodman, that they will not cover a replacement dishwasher. How does this even make sense? Samsung is obligated to honor the life time warranty and replace my dishwasher. It's not my fault no one is able to get the report from Goodman home solutions.
Natalie the president of Samsung and the rest of their customer service team has the worst customer service attitude and lack of communication skills. They are robots who are taught to just repeat the same non-sensical lines to you over and over again without any higher level of thought. Instead of honoring the warranty by replacing the dishwasher, she thinks that just texting me a $450 coupon for ANOTHER samsung dishwasher is enough. $450 barely covers the value of a new dishwasher! I am certainly NEVER buying another Samsung product for as long as i live. Samsung sells poorly made products and has even worse customer service. It is actually against the law not to honor your warranty. A 1 star is actually too high of a rating.

When i check the offer which i have received in my phone it was 371.99 + tax without login.
Once i logged in the website price is changed. They are showing a False advertisement and when i spoke with the customer service they are disconnecting calls my calls. Altogether they disconnect 3 times during the call it was 2 times and in the chat as well.

This is a negative review of Samsung made by me the customer. I purchased a stove in OCT. 2O21. It had steam clean on it for oven. I used the steam clean on the unit and discovered after a 20 min. Clean cycle, the paint had come off bottom of oven revealing gouges. Called Samsung and they sent repairman out who told me due to stove being electric it was unrepairable. I could paint gouges myself with high temp paint but could never use the steam clean again, same thing would happen. I was told Samsung has a cosmetic clause in their warranty and will not cover cosmetic damages such as gouges. I am 60 years old and I know I didn't put gouges in stove. Gouges appeared after steam clean. There was powdery paint all over bottom of oven. Been dealng with this situation several months, finally they sent same repairman out to determine same thing, not repairable but not covered under warranty due to cosmetic clause. So from first hand experience Samsung did not stand behind their warranty. They conveniently write in no coverage from cosmetic damage. Sounds to me that it was written in for a reason. With a malfunction of the steam cleaner on the stove, it produced the cosmetic damage. Apparently unit got hot enough to clean the paint right off cracking and gouging oven bottom. Will never buy Samsung again. See pics.

I use a samsung galaxy folderphone, and even though it had some errors, you can take my word that Smasung completely overdid Apple.
