So, it may seem like a great idea to use your free plus member benefit and have items shipped. It isn't a great idea at all. Head to the store or even better, use a shipping retailer that knows what they are doing like Amazon. I ordered 3 items recently and chose to have them shipped because I didn't need them for a week or so. When the box showed up only one of my items was inside. The box said it weight 24.85 pounds, when I picked it up from FedEx it weighed 3.70 pounds. They also tried to tell me that three large items fit into a 13x11x8 box. One item fit inside. Dealing with their chat to get my items or a refund was a whole other level of ridiculous. Get the item in the store or use a different e-tailer to get your items. This isn't a "benefit" at all.
Ordered 2 cases of copy paper more than a month ago. 1 showed up in the promised 2 day delivery. However, the 2nd case "was lost" and they can't ship me another one. I really don't get that at all. It is "available to reorder" they tell me. Why would I need to do that since I already paid for this one. Now we are more than a month since this started and I don't have the paper I ordered and paid for and also have not received a refund. DONE WITH SAM'S CLUB!
Here in Florida for a month on vacation from Canada tried a few time to join online for the 45.00 promo they have on tried 2 cards USvisa and Amex got denied twice chatted with online help Canadians can get the online promo! But they took 16 cents twice from my cards when I applied! What a joke never shop there again!
I have been trying to cancel a order I placed online since 26 Aug 2019. I made over 15 different phone calls trying to do this without luck. I was lied to by 4 different people saying that the order was canceled but when I checked my credit card statement on 3 Sept I was being charged $1694. 94. So I called again and and was on hold for 45 min waiting to talk to a manager. After explaining to her what was going on she put me on hold for another 15 min while she talked to the shipper. When she came back on the line she said that they would once again cancel the order and start the refund. I informed her that I have disputed the charge and if I did not see the charge removed from my credit card the next contact on this will come from a lawyer.
No medium milk bones, no cases of fish for my fish fry, none at Walmart bought at King Saver.
Talked with several employees asking g for help they were rude and uncaring. No hushpuppies no coffee out. Hope Cosco comes to Joplin.
I purchased the $100 Sam's Club Plus membership. With this membership, all shipping is free on every order. No minimum order. I have found a lot of products online that weren't available in other stores. I have gotten toilet paper and cleaning supplies not in stock elsewhere. The delivery has been quick and accurate. The brick and mortar Sam's Club is not convenient for me to travel to and shop in person. A great membership and a good supply of goods online. I recommend Sam's Club Plus membership and using it for online orders. $100 easily covers any travel expenses that I would incur shopping in person. On my rare trips to the area that has the physical Sam's Club, it will be worth while to stop in and shop. I haven't needed to return or complain about anything that I have ordered. I look forward to renewing my membership next year.
I had terrible wait time for online order and curbside pickup. The idea of ordering online is for the convenience. No line and no waiting. The wait time for today was over 30 minutes and only after I said to an employee who came out for another customer did they bring out my order. It is ridiculous. No one answers the customer service phone line. Seriously you need to work on this better.
I signed up a paid for a Sam's Club membership and was not able to use the membership number. I contacted their customer service three times. Chat customer service informed me that Sam's Club has the right to revoke any membership for no reason and sent me a list of reasons that me being a new customer, had not violated. However, they did charge me the $45 membership fee and informed me that it would take a week for me to receive a refund. Instead of slashing your memberships to $8, how about not rejecting someone who was about to spend at least $300 with your company.
I ordered a Serta mattress from Sam's Club online. I later needed to change the address that I originally put in for delivery, weeks before the planned delivery date. I tried numerous times to get this done. The delivery company, XPO logistics, would not allow me to do that (the address I wanted to have it delivered to was actually closer to their warehouse than the original address by 30 minutes). I spoke several times to several representatives at Sam's Club, and each time XPO Logistics later called, they still had not had the address changed. This was over several weeks! I never took delivery of the mattress. Totally unacceptable. Sam's will lose my membership, as well as the sale of this mattress due to their inability to make a simple correction.
I visited Sams club on Tuesday 3/28 with my sister to purchase a few items.We are both Sams club members but had separate orders. I purchased the chicken and since I only eat the breast offered the legs to my sister, We all know that times are hard and since we are both over 70 this helps us. I got a plastic bag and proceeded to take the legs off and gave them to my sister. When we got to the cashier she immediately called over her supervisor to inspect the plastic with the 2 legs. Needless to say we were throughly embarrassed and explained what it was. The supervisor inspected the bag and walked away. Neither the clerk or the supervisor offered an apology,. We were obviously seniors and were not trying to steal.
I will not be going to Sams Club anytime soon.
Worst gas station in antelope Valley, minimum two pumps are out of service on daily basis, and the working ones are very slow. Lake of maintenance, and care. Complained several times to managers, but they are usless and helpless, they just answers ya we know, the lines goes all the way to the parking lot and no one care...
We were leaving the store and we gave the receipt to the lady by the doors and she gave us an attitude and rolling her eyes at us. Then she continuously told me to "move" out the way. Not even an excuse me or nothing. Before hiring people improve ur employees. Your employees need to learn to respect customers and treat them politely. The employees name that was being rude is named Dorothy. Take actions with her and fire her.
I ordered a set of sofas from sams! I got a message from them saying that my order had shipped, FragilePak also sent email saying that they received shipment and they would deliver sofas soon! I got a survey from sams asking how I liked my sofas lol, no delivery ever came. I have called their customer service several times and no one has any answers, my card was charged and no one is helping me. Kicker is that the tracking number they sent to me is invalid at least that's what they tell me,! Left in limbo, hard to believe that they can be this awful! Never will buy anything from them again. Trying to cancel order but the agent hung up on me!
I ordered a tv on line from Sam's Club on 10/28 and it has been delayed x 4 now in its delivery. I had to find this out on my own. I have not had any communication with either companies and have tried to contact both companies but just get a recording. Trust me, I will NEVER order anything on line from Sam's Club or use the AIT delivery again. I'm really disappointed in both companies.
The store in Gilbert AZ absolutely will NOT answer the phone/s‼
I spent over 35 minutes calling the store in Gilbert and Chandler AZ. I finally called the corporate office and that took at least 5 minutes to talk to a live person! The corporate office could only get the tire department to answer the phone. About 5 minutes later someone answered the phone so I asked to speak to the store manager. They refused to let me speak to the manager! I'm going in to see about getting a refund on our membership! And I was in a fantasy mood before trying to ask a single question. No wonder most of the reviews suck for this company and now I see why Sam's Clubs are closing and CostCo can't build stores fast enough. Sorry Sam's Club you're digging your own grave‼
We went to store in Appleton WI. For our first visit. The store was busy, full parking lot. They only had 2 checkouts open and none of the self checkouts were working and no one was trying to fix them! Carts were all over the parking lot and the only ones in the store were wet, YUCK! When I asked one of the employees why weren't they opening up more checkouts since none of the self checkouts were working! He walked away and didn't answer me. I am glad I only paid $10.00 for membership, won't go back and already cancelled our subscription.
Signed up for a membership online because they were offering a great deal where they give you a $45 credit. All I had to do was take the email with the code to store (which I did) and show it to customer service (which I did) when they printed my card. Well 2 visits later I still didn't have my credit so back to customer service I went. They tell me they can't help me and I need to call customer service. Great. So I sit on the phone for 45 minutes just so they can tell me they too can't help and they have to escalate it to their back office. Basically they offer these things and then don't honor them... sounds like stealing to me!
Bought an $1100 pergola on February 14,2022 with an expected delivery date of February 24,2022. Received email that delivery date was moved up to February 23,2022. As of February 25,2022 no pergola and no one could give me a delivery date. Was told product was between Nashville, TN and Atlanta, GA. Cancelled order and asked for refund. Was promised refund on February 25,2022 in writing via email. As of March 5,2022 still no refund. Contacted Sam's Club again... refund was not processed. March 5,2022 was promised refund within 5 - 7 business days. Will wait and see. If no refund my next visit will be to the local store. Terrible, terrible service.
A great way to buy in bulk or just grab what I need and go! I always look for this one person in particular lady that works there! Her name is Cindy I believe and she's always very nice and pleasant and will go above and beyond! I honestly feel like she loves her job and the people that shop there! If you ever need to find something or need help, look or ask for Cindy and I guarantee she will do everything in her power to help you get what you need! A big shout out to you Miss Cindy! I just wanted to jump on here really quick to say samples help decide what to buy family's quick snacks/dinner. Love the idea, sure it works to boost sales on specific products. However, I'd love to see more vegetarian/vegan options because I'd really like to try those before I buy. Thanks much.
