I ordered a set of sofas from sams! I got a message from them saying that my order had shipped, FragilePak also sent email saying that they received shipment and they would deliver sofas soon! I got a survey from sams asking how I liked my sofas lol, no delivery ever came. I have called their customer service several times and no one has any answers, my card was charged and no one is helping me. Kicker is that the tracking number they sent to me is invalid at least that's what they tell me,! Left in limbo, hard to believe that they can be this awful! Never will buy anything from them again. Trying to cancel order but the agent hung up on me!
