Well I find the products to be generally the same as you can find anywhere else and the price just fine. Really like the meat. However if it wasn't for scan and go I wouldn't even bother. Lines are ridiculous and scan and go gets me out quickly. Cannot beat the gas prices either!
The credit card though sams will auto renew your membership, difficult to cancel, spent 40 minutes on hold, suggestion, stay away from synchrony credit card though sams, sams store is okay if you buy enough to cover membership.
Had a guy from Guatemala as a customer service rep. Young (early 20s), sweet, friendly. Can't get any better. Problem was resolved ASAP. No problems whatsoever with Sam's Club or their customer service. Five Stars
The two guys that's always working just so lazy. I ordered pizza. He said we're out. My thing is that they didn't close until 8pm today. That's not the only time I ran into this problem. It doesn't take them that long to make it. Cause a lady that worked there made me one before. They need somebody in there who's willing to work. The manager needs to be around more often.
I got there 10 min early because I have regular membership I couldn't go in so I was going to stand over out the way and wait when the guy at the door said I can't wait there I pay a membership every year too since when are u not allowed to wait 10 min
If you need to have something delivered, Do Not Use EFW, purchased a 85" TV and I never received it. Look at reviews of previous purchases. They just don't care if you receive your purchase or not. Sam's club should remove their affiliation with EFW. "Sam's club makes you leave a star rating because they deserve 0 rating"
This is the fourth time that I have purchased chips of different types only to start checking out of the store and I get stopped because the chips have not been processed, one other time the gal started throwing my food in the cart like you thought it was garbage, I asked for a manager who came out and said he would talk to her at the end of the shift, laughed about it, and told me to go home and enjoy my shifts, I just renewed my membership and I wish I would've you people are completely disgusting disrespectful of your customers. I was literally there with my dad trying to get groceries and he wanted to buy wine the lady lied saying that I(I'm underage) scanned the wine even though I didn't and she said she couldn't sell it to my dad. We told the another lady about what happened and she just blew off the whole situation and told us to rescan it wherever else. She was claiming that my dad was laughing like bro he doesn't speak English he didn't understand what they were saying. As someone who's first language is Spanish I use to laugh or nod when I wouldn't understand something. I thought they were just messing with us but they actually took the bottle away. I'm so annoyed because as a 17 year old I can't say or do anything for my dad.
My family and I were at sams around 1 pm and there were no carts when I asked them if they had any they said no and started talking to each other. Not the first time that this has happened with these two boys
I tried to purchase a 65 inch TV with an advertised free 5 year extended warranty, but when I tried to order it online, it wouldn't give me the option to get the warranty and I had to complete the purchase as an online order. The order estimated delivery date was two weeks from purchase date. I could buy the tv for $1600 anywhere but without an extended warranty. I decided to just cancel the order and called the 800 number. After two attempts and two dropped calls and an hour and a half of wasted time, I used the chat line and was informed that they couldn't cancel the order since it was over 30 minutes since it was placed. This is so stupid. I looked online and the item was out of stock, so I chatted with Sam's.com once them again about canceling the order. They said it couldn't be canceled and the item "should" be back in stock and shipped before the estimated delivery date. Again, a really stupid protocol. I then read online to go to Sam's Club and get a manager involved, so I did. The manager dialed the 800 number and I got to wait 15 minutes to speak with a service representative who told me they couldn't cancel the order and to wait until the item's shipping tracking number is emailed to me and then call them back to cancel the order. Again, really stupid business practice. While in the store, I saw they had 10 of the tv's I ordered with the free extended warranty. I purchased the tv and took it home. I will cancel the online order when tracking information is available. You think they could have shipped it from a local store or something. Isn't Sam's club and Sams.com the same company? And to beat all, they said I don't get Sam's cash for online orders. WOW! So, so stupid!
I ordered a tv on line from Sam's Club on 10/28 and it has been delayed x 4 now in its delivery. I had to find this out on my own. I have not had any communication with either companies and have tried to contact both companies but just get a recording. Trust me, I will NEVER order anything on line from Sam's Club or use the AIT delivery again. I'm really disappointed in both companies.
It's being an agonizing problem trying to pump gas without large amounts of an hold on bank cards. Then corporation says consumer can go into store and get a gas card. Such an inconvenience. When you should be able to used your bank card from the very beginning. No resolution was made when I called corporation just a sorry apology.
After shopping at sams got email for how satisfied I was. Told them had about 2 pounds of untrimed fat on eye of round roast I use for jerky. This went on numerous times after which time they finally instead of leaving less lbs of fat on,just stopped putting out eye of round roast. Now they asked each time why I wouldn't recommend them, I told them you don't have enough profits,you have to make money off of fat trimmings? So the person who at least answered their questions is involved in some petty game playing by some sams club manager because someone complained about the excessive amount of fat let on their meat for profit.
Wish before I renewed my membership. Service has been going down for a while.

Hello, at Sam's club they are not pet friendly, I have a service dog and they made me take her out, I am afraid of the crowd of people and someone approached me and when she approaches me someone barks because that is her job.

I spent over 35 minutes calling the store in Gilbert and Chandler AZ. I finally called the corporate office and that took at least 5 minutes to talk to a live person! The corporate office could only get the tire department to answer the phone. About 5 minutes later someone answered the phone so I asked to speak to the store manager. They refused to let me speak to the manager! I'm going in to see about getting a refund on our membership! And I was in a fantasy mood before trying to ask a single question. No wonder most of the reviews suck for this company and now I see why Sam's Clubs are closing and CostCo can't build stores fast enough. Sorry Sam's Club you're digging your own grave‼
Ive shopped at Sam's Club for decades. I've noticed for a long time now that their self checkout payment processing is slow and doesn't even work most of the time. I don't have a problem with self checkout but with the payment issues one person is never enough to fix the problem so you can try again. Long lines and ridiculous wait times are the result. This is so basic! Then their exit process with the scan guns is terrible too. Their big competitor executes all the above without issues. Why can't you Sam's Club?
Odered for the 1st time. Delivery tracker said 7min checked again a few min later and my order was returned for no reason! Im sitting here waiting on them. No one ever answers the phone at the tri county store. Had to call the 800 number to have them call the store. Wait on hold for 20min then transferred to the tri county store for them to say they don't know why my order was returned... Wow smh. Worst first experience very disappointed Sam's do better...
