Sally beauty is just going downhill super fast I used to shop there but now it's all their stuff is crap. Just returned two bottles of nail glue just for simple charms how is the nail glue supposed to hold on a false nail if it can't even hold on to a charm on your nail. How is it I'm heading over to Walmart to find a small beauty item and that Sally could not even figure it out the buyers for sale I need to get it together nail charms are a huge thing nowadays you guys are missing out on tons of money.
Yesterday afternoon I found myself in need of some products from Sally's in Crossroads Pkwy.
Due to some health issues I called ahead and asked if I could do curbside. A lady by the name of Dallas answer the phone. She was very eager to help me and very professional and kind. I want to say that it was an extremely pleasant and helpful experience! I want to thank Dallas and her team assisting me in getting exactly what I needed! Thanks again!
I walked in today wearing my mask. Pulled it down to smell shampoo. The worker said you need to put your mask on properly. I asked her if i could smell the shampoo, she said no. I placed my items down and walked out of the store. They lost our business that fay. I will not buy a shampoo that i cant smell. She has no customer service skills and should have handled the situation properly.
Went there she tells me I needed two items for what I wanted to do. Go to pay she tells me I need this kit, gloves brush, bowl etc. bleaching powder. She could have mentioned all those items when I talked to her a few days ago... I wasn't expecting to pay an extra 18.00. She was more helpful when I asked her what was needed. Then tells me I should have bought the membership? What I could have saved money! I swear it's hard to find good help these days. Never again! Hair looks like crap by the way...
I got hair extentions from Sally's and they were beautiful. In 1 month they turned into a ball of frizz
For 15 years I ordered these and always great. They told me no returns. Disappointed!
Only got 1/2 my order and was charged for full order. Wrote many emails and get generic answer thanking me for my email. Called numerous times and on hold for days! Help. What happened to sally beauty supply
This place is an absolute joke, I'm pretty sure the t edgers I purchased were not only over priced but also used! They refused to take them back on an exchange for another pair less then a hour after I purchased them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ***** beware *****
Sally's makes my life so much easier. I love to color my hair crazy colors and since I can do it myself I just go get what I need and don't have to worry about being unhappy and spending a ton of money for someone else to do it for me.
For some reason you refused to process my order but took my money. It's been 4 days and the money has not been returned. I'll tell all of my followers never to shop online with you guys.
I don't live close to a sally beauty that i can get to on public transit, but close enough for 2-hour delivery. I made a mistake with an order that i instantly tried to solve only to realize that you can't edit or cancel ANY order pre shipment (delivery or pickup) and support got an attitude with me when i explained my problem. I got the (wrong) item anyway, and sally never explained that delivery was through DOORDASH, so i almost turned them away because i hadn't ordered any food. Im still waiting on a refund but i would never order from sally ever again, their policies are inconsiderate considering their lack of availability in certain areas and the fact that we're still in a pandemic and not everyone can leave the house.
I went to the addison location on belt line and Tia was so incredibly helpful and nice! She told me all the deals and helped me pick out specific products. She also was able to help every other customer in the store without taking too much time with anyone. Very knowledgeable and very kind. GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!
Not terrible. But not good. I dont know if the guy working there what his deal was with me i walked in with a "hello how are you today?" And he had some stick up his you know what lol. The makeup area looked like ot had been struck by ww3 ..the skin care stuff caps and bottles looled liked they were half gone and i wasnt gonna ask him for help trying to find a pair of hair cutting scissors nope
My experience at this Sally's was the most horrible experience I've ever had, the male that works there was so rude. He was acting so cocky like he didn't need to be there the woman that work with him were all lovely but his attitude was disgusting.
I went into Sally's and it was stock day the product I was looking for was not on the shelf. The employees were so patient and kind they took my name and number and less than 30 minutes my phone rings it was Sally's telling me they had what I needed. When I walked through the door they called my name and there was the product. I want to say Thank You to the employees at Sally Beauty #17 3312 Williams Blvd. Kenner Louisiana.
I ordered hair dye plus developer and they only sent me developer. I got an email after it was shipped that they were out of stock. Why the hell would I only want to buy developer that's so stupid. If you don't have the product you shouldn't have it on your website! Dumb
My husband had ordered me products for mother's a full hair color set we ordered 2 weeks prior since they say 3 to 5 days shipping I received 3 pieces out of 12 a week after mother's day and another 4 over the next month. When I called cause I didn't have all the products I wasn't able to do the hair coloring. I was told that I should received an email stating those items were out of stock(I had been checking my email for a at least a reply to 15 emails I sent) I had not received anything other then a auto email asking me to review products I never received. After all this I could of ordered from some where else. I will not be ordering or recommending sally.com
Customer service never returned my emails and the phone number gave me a system error the first handful of times I called. When I finally got past the error code, I was on hold for 50 minutes before a woman's voice came on the line. She asked for my name, which I gave to her, then she said that she couldn't hear me and if I didn't answer she would have to disconnect. I'm screaming into the phone and I can hear my voice on the other end, but she repeats the exact same thing in the exact same tone and I realize that it is a recording before being hung up on. I've come to the determination that their customer service is a joke. Never again will I order from them.
I have a Sally's Card so it saves a ton when you combine it with the coupons you get in the mail. My husband has been dying my hair for over 15 years but he uses professional dyes. I go get it cut professionally but he takes care of the color which honestly is a bonding experience. I buy Seche Vite & Essie & Opi nail polish and all my other polish products there. I bought my latest blow dryer there. The clerks are always polite and quick to help you. Great place!
WARNING! NEVER use their credit card. Use a different credit card or pay in cash. Thousands have been scammed including myself. They say you haven't made a payment even when you have. Had to get the state of Michigan Attorney General involved. Then they ( SALLY BEAUTY CREDIT CARD) tried tacking on a whole bunch of late charges and interest even when I have proof of payment. After a year of fighting with them. And numerous hours on the phone trying to get it resolved to no avail. Attorney general got it straightened out for me and went after them. I had all the proof I needed that I made my payments way before they were even due. Luckily I keep copies of my receipts. Not once but three times opening one of their credit cards this happened to me.
Last week i recieved a broken product 60$ from online order. Called cust. Service to exchange through mail due to covid 19... hangs up after it transferred. I choose a different option hangs up again... so i email customer service a week ago. Nothing... so i call again today... busy signal. I called a store twice... they cant do anything or help me either... What the heck!? This is like ordering something from a scammer. We cant go to salons and the one place we can get stuff to diy is not holding up there part after i paid and did my part. Totally like... ummmmmm!?!?!?!
