Online customer support when you get it, is mediocre at best. Shipping times are slow and they don't always honor the sale prices.

Last year I broke my flat iron that I purchased from Trade secret. This store had a Chi iron for $130.00. The iron switch broke and they would not replace it. I ordered a new flat iron from Sally's that was a different brand name but the same exact thing as a Chi. The only difference in the Chi and the GVP Ionic Ceramic Flat iron was the price. The Chi iron brand new cost $130.00 plus tax. The GPV Ionic iron only cost $49.99 plus tax. I have had this iron for almost a year now. It came in a really nice carrying case. There are ones you can get with different designs also. Sally's offers so many professional salon hair care products. Shampoo's that are used by cosmetologist but are available for the public to buy. The cutting shears are very nice. In my many years of buying shears. I have bought some really nice ones from Sally's. I love the nail polish they have in the summer time. Because I like bright colors they have some really pretty pinks. There cosmetic bags and boxes are nice. The prices are great for good quality salon products. Manicure and pedicure items are a necessity. Sally's is a wholesale warehouse for cosmetologist, but still sells to the public. I know everyone loves when they come from the hairdressers. They love the way there hair feels and smells. So at Sally's you don't always have to go to the hairdressers to keep your hair looking great. The professional line of hair care products are great. I love the leave in conditioners. The shampoo selection is nice and very affordable. They even sell gallon jugs. Some of them very cheap when they are on sale. Check out this site. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went to Sally Beauty store in Santee Mission Gorge Rd today, and there were at their full capacity inside the store, 6 people already inside, so one of the three employees asked me to wait few minutes outside. Time passes on more than 30 min and Line behind me gets longer, some people left the line. I can see from the glass that one of the employees just chatting with the customer after she pays for her purchase for more than 10 min ignoring the people waiting outside. After about 35min the last customer left and I went inside and I said it was a long waiting not few min! One of the employees (skinny blond hair) answered right away: this is the rules for COVID-19 if you don't like it you may leave. What?! What kind of customer service is this? I asked. I told her we all should be mindful of each other in such circumstances and you do not have to talk to a customer this way. I am complying with the rules and wearing my mask and waiting long time outside in a warm humid afternoon. She yields at me saying "STOP"! When I asked why you are yelling at me? I am a customer and you should talk to me in a nice way. She opened the store front door and said you should leave! I asked: are you refusing to provide service to me after I have been waiting that long? I will contact the company and file complaint, I said. Then another employee (Asian) jumped in and said: "I cannot take it anymore, just leave!" and opened the door again. I said I will get what I am here for and leave. And both refused to answer my question when I asked about the item I am looking for and weather they have and where it locates. They just walked away from me. Then I decided to stop the humiliation to myself and left the store without even getting what I was there for. I would never go back to this store again and I will share this review and my experience with all people I know. I went to another beauty store in Santee right after that and received a wonderful customer service with smile and respect. NEVER GOING BACK TO SALLY BEAUTY SANTEE STORE.
Hoy fui a devolver una tijera que había comprado antes del sierre por el Covid 19. Yo la traté y no trabajaba bien l pause en el paquete original y la guarde. Cuando le digo a la señorita que quería devolverla en muy mala forma me dijo que no, y le pregunté, porqué? Y me contestó que por el Covid. Tuvimos una intercambio de palabras, algo que no tiene sentido porque en todas las tiendas se puede retornar excepto los artículos de necesidad. La empleada me trató muy mal me ignoró y me votó denla tienda. Muy poco profesional u muy mal servicio al cliente.
Las ordenes las envian incompletas y llevo 2 meses esperando el reembolso de mi dinero y no me lo envian. Irresponsables, malisimos con los delivery.
