Ordered an item only for it to arrive two weeks late. I refused and sent back the item unopened in New condition. Despite this I was Not provided a refund. I paid to ship the item back and Sailrite refused to refund my money in full for the item I bought that arrived late. This is disgusting. I wrote sailrite about why I received a partial refund for a New unopened returned item. Sailrite never replied to me nor provided an explanation for why they stole my money. This to me is unprofessional and criminal. I will Never buy from Sailrite ever again. I will make additional reviews providing a factual documented account of my experience and I will inform others about my experience too. I work in the motion picture industry and I will also be sure to inform my professional colleagues about Sailrite's disgusting criminal business practices. I've been sewing for sixty years, on top notch machines. I treated myself to a Sailrite for my dream of starting a commercial business. I can't say enough good things about her. Videos and customer service and all the other perks just add to the joy of ownership. Twenty-first century innovation + legacy craftsmanship. One of my sons hopes to some day buy a sailboat, learn to sail, and take on the Northwest passage. I'll loan it to him... but I'd have to come along.

I decided to purchase the Sailrite Fabricator Sewing Machine to enhance my handbag business Janeyandnell.com. I am extremely impressed with how easy it is to operate and the ability to sew through multiple layers of leather without question.

I purchased the 3/8 inch power drill hole cutter to put grommets into 11 curtains. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it cut through the material. I was able to do 10 curtains in the time it took me to do just 1 curtain using the standard hammer punch hole cutter tool.

I ordered a substantial amount of materials and an Ultrafeed LSZ-1 thinking that I would receive the materials in several weeks due to the supply chain issues. To my surprise, everything was delivered within one week of ordering! Great service and timely delivery!

I received my order but was short one item. I received the plastic bag with the item was supposed to be in but nothing in the bag. Sailrite was quick to respond to my request for a replacement and there was no hassle getting the replacement item. All my other orders were received promptly and I am excited to start using their equipment.

Purchased a small anchor riding sail kit - not only did it come with great directions and step-by step directions via video on YouTube- but also ideas how and why to rig it! Haven't seen one out in the wild - looking forward to using mine this year

I do sewing alterations for customers, and I'm so glad I purchased a Sailrite sewing machine. I never know what the next alteration challenge will be; from altering a race car driver's suit to motorcycle jackets. The Sailrite glides through the thickness with beautiful stitches making me look good.

Recently I hemmed several pair of men's denim jeans. Sewing through the two-four fold welt seams on each cuff came out perfect! After a bad experience trying to get the proper threads for my machine locally, I buy ALL important stuff from Sailrite.

I have bought a sewing machine from them (LSZ-1), a very nice hotknife that is outstanding, and the tempered glass cutting board for the hotknife. Sailrite has good prices, they ship very fast, and the products they carry are excellent. This is my go to place for the items they carry!

After carefully watching Sailrite's Roman shade how-to video, I was pleased to find that they sell just about everything I needed for my project (2 window shades (5 1/2 ft. Wide and 8 1/2 ft. Wide). Shades of this size would easily have cost between $1000 - $2000 to have custom made, but I was able to make them myself for under $300. I priced out some of the necessary materials on Amazon and found them to be cheaper, but overall, Sailrite's prices are reasonable and they sell most of their items by the foot so I didn't get stuck with having to buy unnecessary amounts sold in volume. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in making Roman shades. Everything I ordered shipped in less than a week so I was able to get started right away!

There is nothing negative about any of my purchases from Sailrite. I am on my 4th dodger that I build for friends using their video. Product support is outstanding. You know you are getting the best products at a good price and the inventory must be huge because never have to wait.
