Also they stay in touch by email to advise me of sales, projects done by other customers and have excellent instructional videos. They are a family business that is very professional and done right!
My order was shipped complete on same day. Goods arrived well packaged and in perfect order. Unfortunately, I had to ship and pickup at a border location in NY state because rates for shipping to Canada are excessive.

I have had good luck with sailrite in the past. This time i ordered some fabric and once received decided it would no longer work. I got approval to return, but the return shipping costs were almost as much as the fabric. I know corporate shipping rates are much cheaper then individual shipping rates. Suggested to customer service that they allow free returns with their shipping costs deducted from the return amount which would be significantly less expensive then an individual have to pay upfront out of pocket inflated shipping charges

Unlike with other online vendors, ordering is easy, transaction is clear with details and confirmations provided immediately. Sailrite has been my go-to source recently for upholstery fabric, specifically for a beach house due to their large selection of indoor/outdoor fabric. The delivery has been quick, and just when they said it would arrive.

I ordered fabric samples since computer pictures can vary from actual product colors.
I am glad I did so as one of the colors was not anything like the picture. I chose to send the samples by regular first class mail and it took almost 2 weeks (13 days) to reach my destination. The quality of fabric looks good and I do intend to order from Sailrite. Hopefully, it will get here quicker than the samples.
Sailrite has everything I need at the quality level I'm looking for. Website is best-in-class and order fulfillment is quick, accurate and seamless. The on-line tutorials are invaluable to a new DIY guy. I just did my first kit (the duffle bag) and added some NBA Raptors 2019 Championship fabric to make it somewhat unique... a month ago I wouldn't have ever thought I could actually do something like this. Looking forward to learning more from Matt Grant and the Sailrite team!
Delivery of the machine was super fast! After setting it up (which has excellent directions), I had problems with the stitch length dial so I contacted Sailrite. The communication and problem resolution system that they have is second to none! Within about an hour, they had sent videos of how to resolve the exact problem that I was having! I love this company and their products!
I had to repair a jib and was able to buy all the colors I needed. My 87 year old dad wanted to sail his 14' catamaran and the jib was in need of help. I have also purchased the sail tape and some cord.

Parts arrived exactly as ordered. The slowest part was the New Zealand postal service. It took four days to get from Auckland to Whangarei which is no a great distance; it is only a two and half hour drive!
I have made several Roman shades, but this time I ordered supplies from Sailrite. The shades are amazing. I finally have a source for professional supplies that give professional results. Their customer service was a pleasant surprise. I received the shipment quickly and was able to complete the project in record time. I will be using Sailrite again!
I would have given a 5 stars if not for the delivery. The item purchased (over 300$) was left wrap in a plastic bag not in a box, on our front porch. I was@ home and the delivery co driver did not even ring the door bell. It could have been stolen as we have

I got my Ultra-Feed LS1 last week. I've never sewn before. This machine is so powerful and easy to operate, my stuff is already looking good. The videos are excellent, especially in that they tell you everything you need to order to make the project. So pleased with my decision to go with a Sailrite!
I recently purchased an LSZ-1 Ultrafeed (premium package) sewing machine from Sailrite, and I LOVE it! I first learned about Sailrite when I needed to make a winter cover for my pontoon boat. They have FANTASTIC how to videos on everything from setting up the tools and equipment that they sell to making complex covers, shelters and reupholstering just about anything. All of their videos are well produced and they explain all the steps necessary for completion! They also sell top notch fabrics and supplies and explain how to use them. I think I am close to watching every video they have made, even for things I will never need, just to learn new techniques! I have plans to reupholster my pontoon seats in the coming years, as they start to wear out. The money I spent on the machine will easily pay for itself with that one project alone, so it was really a no-brainer for me!

I have ordered several kits from sailrite - I am a very new seamstress but have loved making these projects: lifeline covers, binnacle cover, sheet bags, companionway cover. I can't sew like Deb, but pleased thus far and saved a ton of money!
I received my order within the work week. Setup of the Fabricator sewing machine and table was very easy and straight forward. I'm mechanically adept and I'm not new to sewing. The Fabricator's very slow speed functions like my Jeep Rubicon - Slow, smooth, and easy in the rough, with a top speed that is more than sufficient. The ability to crawl slowly prevents mistakes and reduces breakage and down time. The servo motor does it all. I have used a clutch driven sewing machine and it reminded me of an old motorcycle with a suicide clutch - scary! The Fabricator sewing machine with the Servo motor is a trick setup. My neighbor repairs and rebuilds boats. I will be doing some of his upholstery work and I also have jeep tops to repair.
