I order a stack pack sail cover kit from them, in the kit it was missing the one inch webbing. I emailed them and they started a claim, but then nothing happened. Emailed again and no response. It's not an expensive item I'm missing, so I just bought locally what I need, but the lack of customer service disappointing.

I had been looking for this particular material and couldn't find it at several different companies. When I came across your website and found it I cheered! Thank you! Will be ordering some more material in the future.

Sailrite always gets it right. I've been using Sailrite before and during pandemic. I see reviews of slow service. Please look at the dates and realize that was when we were in our most ambiguous times with Covid. Patience is the price we pay for family-owned companies.

This is what online shopping is all about. Incredible videos and instructions, customer support, great website that makes it easy to shop. Fast shipping and great packaging. There's a price premium but often times it's worth it to support such excellent service and help.

In looking to replace some canvas snaps on our boat, we hunted high and low for marine grade snaps. Sailrite had the best selection of well made snaps and excellent instructional videos on how to install them.

I was happy to find 80" wide marine grade vinyl for my pop up camper. This way I can avoid seams in the roof. The quality is much better than what I found elsewhere. I was also happy that the description of the product described using it for tent trailers. This gave me confidence that this was the product to choose. I have cut out the piece, but haven't sewn it yet. That is why I haven't given it 5 stars.

I am currently using a sailrite video to make Roman shades... very clear and basic instruction... including all hardware necessary to complete my shades. Ordered all hardware needed... shipped in 2 days! I am a novice seamstress... everything about sailrite has allowed me to make beautiful shades!

Sailrite knows their stuff. They are a great resource. I wanted to make Roman shades. Sailrite had everything I needed including a step-by-step how-to video, a calculator to tell me how much in materials I needed as well as selling those materials. All great quality. I highly recommend Sailrite.

I love the fact the Fabricator came with everything I needed to get started. The cone of thread, variety of needles, and extra bobbins were greatly appreciated.
