Very similar problem here. They charged me $650 right when I placed my order, and no delivery date was promised. That was 5 1/2 weeks ago. I called them, and at first was impressed by the speed by which they answer. But after 3 calls, they refuse (no exaggeration, flat-out refuse) to give me any information about when I can expect delivery. I asked to cancel my order, and they gave their stupid 'that's not possible, all sales are final' BS. Excuse me, how can all sales be final if you haven't even shipped anything? Thank God for credit card charge backs! I told them I'd have to contact my credit card company, before the 60-day limit, and that the only time I'd ever had to do a credit card charge back in the past was when I bought a DVD from an overseas company which never arrived, and it turned out that company was a Canadian organized crime syndicate!

Shipping time?

Ordered an electric dolly! Was not told it would take 12 to 15 (working) days for it to get shipped! I need the dolly today, not next week! Still waiting! They have been paid, " up front," Still no product or conversation with company fall guy!

Your website has good deals and I like that you give the option to make an offer.

Problem is your follow up leaves much to be desired.

I'll be very frank, I had money in hand but nobody wanted to take it.

A lot of good talking points... and then nothing. Really a bad business model.

A good example is that I made an offer last evening, never heard from anyone last night... got two emails today. One reminding me that your having a sale and one about this survey.

Still no yes or no to my offer. I'm still reviewing your sale prices and will likely buy…... if I can ever get someone to take my money.

Worse company ever

The customer service is horrible the warranty is no good didn't even have my 110 aby for long and it messed up and would not pull during the first month I got it long story short submitted a request for parts during my warranty they denied it and has to pay for it which is ridiculous. Hold time be forever when you talkin about problems but if I want to buy something they answer the phone soon as possible do not order from here or get extended warranty people are full of bull $#*! they deserve no stars

What cusomer service?

I just sat on hold for almost an hour after some rude salesman sighed and said let me see if we even have that... now reading reviews as I sit being ignored. I was going to buy an expensive chair, but now I am not. I guess you should have taken my money faster.

SaferWholesale was Great!

SaferWholesale was Great! We received the new sauna last week. It was easy to assemble and looks to be of very sound construction. My wife and I have had conventional saunas for over 40 years in Wisconsin, but this was our first significant experience with infrared. Suffice it to say, my wife greatly prefers our new Yukon to any we've had before. I am also delighted with how quickly it heats ups and how well the heat penetrates my body. We've been doing two or three sessions of 20 to 30 minutes alternated with cooling down in the pool every day for the past week and I already notice reduced joint pain and an improvement in the look and feel of my skin. I'd highly recommend the Yukon sauna to anyone.

Scammers

Stay away from this company they will take your money and ship you damaged products then tell you the damaged parts are not in stock with wait period of 3 months, just purchase from a different company this is a scam..

Order Moped online. Salesperson calls me minutes after asking for 150.00 additional for shipping. I got the Moped but I have parts I have no clue where they go or fit to. The instructions is a Chinese DVD with English subtitles. I keep getting the Title is in the mail. I gave them the benefit of doubt, its now day 10 that its been in the mail. I'm contacting my bank tomorrow to cancel the charges. All this could have been avoided if they would just done their job, Sorry as Hell company.

Total fraud!

Phone sales reps give false info to get you to purchase items, once paid for and delivered, item is nowhere near as marketed and only then do you learn that returns are not allowed. NEVER do business with this company!

I bought my son a atv from this site. Same day I received the four wheeler had problems with it. Called and the company kept giving me the run around. Please don't waist your money. There a bunch of crooks.

I've been doing business with saferwholesale.com for a year now. I've bought from them six different times and each time went smoothly. My latest purchase from there was a golf cart for my grandparents. As always this website had both a quality product, at a great price. The cart arrived in perfect condition, and all I needed to do was charge it and it was ready to go. My grandparents just sent me and my brothers an email telling us how much they loved the gift and that they use it all the time. Thanks again guys, I'll be back.

Ordering from your company was the simplest thing I've done on line in a long time. All info requested of me was processed promptly and my confirmation email was sent within minutes. Simply waiting on delivery of my wife's scooter and if that process is as pain and problem free as the rest, you guys will earn an a+

I was looking to buy a pontoon boat and saw the site. It is extremely deceptive. The boats shown don't come with motors, which is why they are so low. They say they make the boats in their own factory, but most of the other stuff on the site comes from China. The customer service man was pushy and somewhat rude when I asked which branded pontoon boats theirs compares to. He didn't know the brands and said theirs were much better. When I asked for reviews of several satisfied customers he had none. This would have been a $20,000 purchase, they blew it!

We do sell some motorsports that are manufactured in China, but many of our products are made right here in the U.S. The pontoon Boats are in fact made in the U.S. and ship directly to you in any form of customization you like. Our Customer Service Representatives are here to help customer's who have already purchased products get resolutions from the manufacturer's warehouse that the products come from. We sell 18,000 products and therefore are not specialists in Boats. We do not retail these, but all of the information is listed right on our website regarding the set up of the boats. If you are attempting to make an informed purchase based on the information provided then your experience might be much more pleasurable then if you are looking for product expertise and the ability to "Kick the Tires". We provide a service to get a product directly from a manufacturer who does not deal to the public for a price only a dealership could purchase the product for. We are not ourselves a retail establishment nor local dealer.

As a x-mas gift to myself last year I bought myself a refurbished recumbent bike on the website saferwholesale.com. I knew my new years resolution was going to be to lose some weight, so it was money well spent. Much cheaper than a new one, or even a membership to the gym. It's been 2.5 months now and the bike is still going strong, and I've lost over 20 pounds. I was holding off on writing a review thinking I might have problems with a refurbished model, but this thing works as good as new. Totally recommend this company and their products.

We purchased a solar powered swing gate opener, were charged $69.95 for delivery that took six weeks, and paid $559.95 for a gate opener that required repair half a dozen times plus a motherboard replacement. Our customer was so disgusted with it that she demanded we remove it. We have at least 10 hours of lost labor and merchandise they refuse to take back. Avoid this wretched company at all costs!

Easy farming!

I placed a order for over $6,000 worth of fence I am still without 6 months later it took me having to call over 10 times to just get the claim started with the shipping company which really has nothing to do with me that is why corporations are supposed to have insurance to cover these kinds of things. Don't trust them!
