I placed a order for over $6,000 worth of fence I am still without 6 months later it took me having to call over 10 times to just get the claim started with the shipping company which really has nothing to do with me that is why corporations are supposed to have insurance to cover these kinds of things. Don't trust them!
I placed my order May 5th 2020. This was on my bucket list. Very excited about one of my final things to get. Usual delivery date 6-7 was. Today's date is August 28. I've called every Two weeks because that is what they keep telling me that I will get the cart. Today they said end of next week. I asked for a picture of the cart to see how far they were in getting it ready for shipping. Well no picture like they said they(Craig-salesman) would send. They have my money and I have no recourse.
If you are smart enough to look here Beware! I saved $135 on a scooter. I should have bought it from a local dealer. The front brake caliper fell off (bolts too short stripped, need new front fork assembly. (They glued them) Had a gas leak the first time I put gas in it. Just had if fixed. Leaking again this morning. Not worth the hassle. Buy it from a local retailer. Good Luck, Fred

Please note: None of the brake calipers that we ever have sent out are glued in any way, everything is welded or molded together, however we will gladly assist on getting any new parts that you may need. If they are under warranty, we will gladly send at no cost to you. As far as a leak, this may be due to the hose. Please check all connections and also make sure that the clamps are installed tight from when you assembled the scooter. We will also send out new hose or clamps if necessary. Honestly, I will give full marks for their business. They are doing the online business in a great manner. Their shipment policy is very fast and you will receive your order within 2 days.
This company had the best customer service I ever received when buying my new forklift. Though it took more than a week for it to be delivered but during the delivery and seeing how of great shape it was, it made me more excited to work in the farm. Thank you!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order a month ago and it still hasn't shipped despite numerous phone calls during which I was placed on hold for very long periods of time. Nobody there seems to know what is going on there. Do not use this company - it is not worth the extreme frustration just to save a few dollars!
Jon the part manager is a complete prick. He cuts you off when you're speaking and the customer is never right, His attitude is FU customer. He has hung up on me 3 times the last 2 months. We purchased an extended warranty for the engine do not purchase extended warranties they don't wanna cover of John the parts manager as complete $#*! and should be fired immediately. He also complains that hes too busy to remember who he speaking to and turns things around. Please make it easy for this company and stop buying from them since there too busy to care for customers and treat them like crap. The customer service sucks and they don't want to honor the warranty they sell you extra and try to blow you off and just hang up on you if you press to much. No one will give you the owner's information nor is there a general manager you can complain to to help.

Hi! I received my headphones, both of them, in perfect condition and quicker than I actually expected. Called told them possibly place order for fleet of carts, they put me on hold for 20 mins,,, i hung up called back, next sales person said hold on he would get my salesman back,, another 25 min passed, I hung up called back explaining what had happened,, i asking him if you cannot get me someone to assist me, or should I take my business somewhere else,, he respond was go somewhere else,,, so i did,, stay away from a business who will not let you talk to a manager or owner. I called back 4th time to complain, got service manager, he said send an email,, total bs.

Please for the love of God or whatever higher power you believe in don't order anything from these people. If your looking for terrible customer service. To be hung up on when you call or put on hold until you hang up this is who you want to deal with. If you are looking for an overpriced piece of crap you have no chance of returning this is the place for you. How about instructions for a different piece of crap then the one you ordered. Or finally getting the instructions and being better off not. If you don't have a full blown fabrication shop and years of experience (as I do) then I'm sorry but you are screwed. I was starting to accumulate a lot of gardening equipment around the side of my house. After finally getting tired of looking at it we decided something needed done. We searched both of the big box hardware stores in our town, and ther sheds started at a thousand dollars for the cheapest model. We found a much larger, and much nicer, shed online at saferwholesale.com. The shed we purchased online was almost twice the size, and $500 cheaper than the cheapest option in town. I just don't know how these brick and mortar stores can stay in business. Not only was it cheaper, they delivered it to my door for the same cost the hardware store was going to charge me to drive it 4 miles across town. After this experience saferwholesale.com has earned a new customer.
I can't leave review on the cart yet as I have not received it. Customer service has not been helpful at all. I ordered and paid in full for the cart August 1. They did tell me it would be 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 7 weeks and they can't/won't give me an approximate ship date. I am hoping to get a tracking number or status update real soon and also, hoping the cart is as described and pictured. I am not leaving bad overall rating until I receive it and it's not what they promise.
RUN RUN RUN. They shipped a damaged golf cart. Broken handles, no power, defective brakes. They asked me to remove the previous review and they would pay for everything to be fixed. Keep in mind this is a NEW golf cart. They received the invoices and ran. I have checked the reviews and they are buying them. FRAUD. Do not work with them.

When I call about it, I get the run around, put on hold, finally get the rudest Gerardo! Your internet is going in and out my $#*!! Piss poor company. Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.
