Never in all my years of purchasing ATV for my kids have I ever had to deal with poor service like theirs. My husband and I bought a 4 wheelers for my 16 year old daughter. The first day riding it, it tore up and hasn't worked since then. Not knowing they would give me a hard time about parts, and the warranty. How can they sale faulty products to paint customers. Everytime we call we get the run around. This is the absolute worst place to buy from. Never spend your money here, and i could they would get 0 stars.
My son bought us a brand new Terminator golf cart back in April from Safer Wholesale and the charging system won't register right. He has contacted them several times always of getting the new part needed in a few weeks at most. Here it is in September and still several attempts no part. Beware of this company they don't honor there customers and any things that need taken care of. Thank you

Extremely disappointed with the handling of a error in a check transaction for an item ordered. Problem with information and cx transaction without putting more effort into contacting me with 2 phone calls to the party it was being delivered. And it is a Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren.
I found out it was cx when I called to check delivery status! I did reorder item this time using my credit card, as the "young" children were awaiting the arrival of the backyard ice skating rink.
But, in spite of an email request, I have not received an email confirmation of this recent transaction, which took place on 12/16.
This is my first time even looking for Voyager trike kit. Saw a few add INS and a major sale today. Need to explore more of the options and choices. Hopefully I can navigate the web page to find all I need including detailed explanations of each package ir add in feature like fender choices and a trailer hitch. Wish me luck.
I ordered something over a month ago still not shipping date tracking number nothing then I call to ask what's going on and they tell me is being shipped today well. They been telling me that for 2 weeks now and they crazy part is I ordered something from this place a few years back and service every thing was great got my atv on time

Be careful what you buy! Paid for custom upgraded seats on golf cart. Cart arrived with different seats and they are offering an insultingly low refund that doesn't cover even 10% of what was paid for seats. Also beware that once you deal with the sales side there is nothing they can do to help you. They step out with NO control. Own 4 golf carts and will never buy another from them!

Received an incomplete order, put credit card payment on hold and received a barrage of calls from business, very monopolizing- wanted to run another charge. If they put this much gusto into getting the order right, there would be no problem in the first place. Terrible company with products from china- slow poor service. I would never order from them again.

I own a small party planning company who specializes in childrens birthday parties. About six months ago I was looking at buying an inflatable bounce house that we could rent at these parties. Most of the ones I looked at were either too cheaply made, or to expensive for me to justify buying. I finally came across saferwholesale.com which sold commercial grade houses for much less than anywhere. I explained to their customer service that this is going to be used a lot, and it needed to be able to hold up. They assured me that that's what these were made to do. Well, she was right. I've rented this thing out for dozens of parties and it's still going strong. Very happy with the whole transaction.
These guys are working with me to get me the best deal possible. And that counts for something. I would say that anyone who's seriously looking to buy any product via online, should include saferwholesale in their comparison research. They would most likely, be pleasantly surprised and glad they did.

It infuriates me that I even have to give them one star. Worst service ever!. Received the wrong heater, called to request exchange/refund and representative was rude and offensive. I will never do business with this company again. I truly believe they rip people off and have no sense of respect or common courtesy.
Still waiting to hear back on questions that have been asked. No information has been provided as of yet. I assume there is no live monitoring of the site so I'll patiently wait. Overall products seem to be available at a fair price, comparable to other similar sites.

It took two weeks longer to get delivered then promised. Was supposed to be fully assembled it was not. Sent the wrong color roll cage and front bumper. Passenger seat was broken. They sent me about a hundred nuts and bolts with no manual on how to assemble. Absolutely never do business with this company again. I recommend you steer clear
Answer: I am still out $1200 and it has been over a year since I ordered my Facial table for my business. Everytime I call and try to get an answer I get disconnected or people including the managers there are rude and make promises that I will eventually get my refund and to give it up to 90 days. Well it has been well over that and I still don't have my refund or the item that I ordered. BEWARE! THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! I believe in Karma and one day they willl get theirs. So sad that people in this world can take advantage of our hard earned money. I am disgusted of how cruel they are.
