Sabo Skirt

Placed an order 20th of March! We are the 6th of May now and i still haven't received anything. This is just rediculous! And they won't help. 'Once the parcel has left, it's out of there control' they say. BULL$#*!! Had an order placed in a shop in France but the parcell was stuck somewhere because it didn't move location for 3 weeks. The custumor service contacted them for me and the day after my package moved again on the way to Belgium. Now THAT'S SERVICE!
But not how sabo skirt does it. As long as they have their money they don't care if you receive it or not. If it's quality or not.
Would not recommend buying here.

The dress came pretty fast especially because i live in the United States. I got shipping updates constantly which i loved. The only issue i had was the sizing guide and how inaccurate it was especially because it was my first time purchasing from them. Next time i know to size up. Another issue i had was it wouldn't show me any customer reviews which i did not like at all.

I love Sabo Skirt. I am in the USA so shipments take a bit longer to arrive but I don't mind it!
Everytime I open a package, I am always blown away by the quality and just how beautiful the items are.
I feel like I am weating one of a kind, unique pieces!

Amazing experience! I ordered two dresses - one to wear to a wedding and one to wear to my boyfriend's graduation. I was worried they wouldn't be here in time for the events since shipping from Australia to Austin, TX, said 10-30 days. Sabo filled the orders quickly and they arrived with over two weeks to spare!

Great quality and fits perfectly! Usually I wear a medium but I've gained a few pounds over Covid and a large fit really well; even if I lose a bit of that I think it'll still look good. The only thing is I'm 5'4" and I guess not as tall or lengthy in my torso so the fabric bunches a bit in the middle. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with it and can't wait to wear it in the summer. The tracking and shipment was always being updated so even if it was delayed I knew where it was and when it was coming.

The sizing was off and I took measurements to ensure it would fit since it was international shipping. I had to return my order and I don't like that return shipping is not provided. Sent for $30 USD back and doesnt seem worth it.

3 days after I placed my order, my card was charged, and I had an email confirmation, my order was canceled for "security issues". Was left without the dresses I ordered for my honeymoon and no effort to give compensation, gift card, discount code etc. I've never heard of a website doing this. All because I ordered to a different address because I was traveling, which I've done a million time. I don't understand why I couldn't have confirmed whatever security issues/questions via email/phone etc.

No one has gotten back to me about the return
I've been waiting to return the two jumpsuits but since the mistake was on your end I've been waiting for the email to return without being charged a return shipping fee

It was very easy, pictures were very nice and all matched a specific aesethetic. I liked that they had the measurements of the models. Wish they had some models of different sizes along side the original models.

I love love the tuloise maxi I got but as soon as
I carefully put it on one of the straps broke straight away and now I have to take it to a seamstress to fix. I don't want to send it back because I do love it. It's just lucky it can be fixed but annoying I can't wear it until it's been fixed

I purchased my first order from this website on 3/30, and unfortunately stupid enough to purchase another order just last week after seeing my 1st package has been stuck in new zeland since 4/7 & has not progressed. I have reached out to customer service about the issue and they have yet to respond. It says on the website that they aren't responsible for any packages held at customs. But this is around $200 of items I purchased that I probably won't be receiving anytime soon. Even under the circumstances we are under with the world right now, this is RIDICULOUS. I've already told people to STAY AWAY from this site!

Very happy customer! I was looking for dresses for my holiday and had very little luck finding anything I loved until I stumbled across Sabo Skirt, the dresses are stunning, the material is very good quality and I can honestly say I'm excited to wear what I bought on my holiday!

I purchased a dress from Sabo Skirt which Aus Post delivered in an unsafe location without a signature. Whilst they wouldn't compensate Sabo Skirt for this they still sent out a new item which they weren't expected to do, they made a sucky situation really great. Thank you Sabo Skirt! <3

Ordering from the US has tons of tradeoffs - long wait times for orders & expensive shipping. I knew this going into it but didn't realize I would be responsible for the shipping expenses for returns as well till I read the fine print. Really hope Sabo follows in the footsteps of other Australian labels like Princess Polly and opens up shop somewhere in the US :) I bought both dresses as potential options for my college graduation and have been recommending Sabo Skirt nonstop to friends for the occasion and the upcoming warm months.
