Ryobi enjoys a mixed reputation among its customers, with notable strengths in product quality and versatility. Many users appreciate the performance and ease of use of their tools, particularly battery-operated lawn equipment, which is praised for its efficiency and lightweight design. However, significant concerns arise regarding customer service, particularly related to warranty claims, service delays, and difficulties in obtaining replacement parts. Complaints about inadequate support and communication suggest a need for improvement in customer relations. Overall, while Ryobi has a loyal customer base, enhancing service responsiveness could bolster its reputation further.

Love this mini fan. Light weight fairly quiet and a space saver. Able to get three mini fans in my regular fan
Bag. Recommend highly with a big smile.
This blower operates as it should and clears away leaves plus debris off driveways with ease. Recommend it to anyone for a fast job done. Hanging hook on tool really comes in handy.
I was literally born into the construction industry. I age 54 now, the watch started off with a spackle knife and pan and some hanging tools I am now in general contractor. I've been using Ryobi tools now for over 7. 8 years. I know that Ryobi tools are qualified like some of the bigger high-end brand; I'm not treating well before life thanks guys
I absolutely love my Ryobi leaf blower! I bought a new one last year and it didn't blow hard enough to do what I needed it to so, I bought the latest one that works as good as a gas powered one. Very pleased with the horse powder. Thank you Ryobi!
These are my go to for ease and dependability. I can take these with me and batteries charge fast. I like how I don't have to have different batteries for different tools they all use the same one.
I found both products it light and easy to use I also have theRY******* lawn mower and I love it. I cant show it in action as it is pouring rain outside.
My name is Arthur tanner. I got the ryobi tools & I love them. You couldn't ask for a better tools. I love them. Every one should have ryobi tools.
All of the cordless power tools I have purchased have been excellent for my woodcrafting class, still adding to my tool boxes, participants are happy with the ease of use of the tools, thank you
The 4ah battery for the One + system is great. Lasts much longer than the smaller battery. Glad I went with the 4ah.
The 18 volt string trimmer/edger was easy to use and easily cut down weeds and trimmed my lawn. It wasn't heavy to use. It was a snap to feed more trim line or increase the speed of the motor. I liked the foot pedal to rotate the device to trim the grass edge. The only problem I had with this trimmer was attaching the grass deflector. Even though I had carefully lined up the deflector to the bottom of the motor it wasn't easy to attach it because the deflector is pretty stiff. I screwed in two screws and I couldn't bend the deflector a little bit to add the last screw into the motor housing. I fiddled unscrewing the screws again and again but I couldn't finish tightening the last screw because the deflector isn't very flexible. I then tightened two screws just two turns and than carefully pressed the deflector down towards the motor where the last screw hole was and tightened the last screw about three turns of that last screw. I then went to each screw and tightened them a few more turns while pressing the deflector down a bit. After a couple of minutes I had all the screws in tightly. The housing of the motor is plastic so don't over tighten any screw that holds the deflector in place. The instructions to attach the grass deflector should be written to mention this problem as the deflector isn't very flexible. An engineer or a lawyer must have written it. It took about three minutes to attach the grass deflector and another minute to attach everything else. I really like this trimmer despite the assembly problem with the grass deflector.
On one battery trimmed all areas of 7 acres and still had battery left to clear 600 foot driveway. With my 2 cycle string trimmer I would have used a couple tanks of fuel
I had a great experience with your product rep Kyle up in Reston.
Recently replaced my old lawnmower with a 40volt battery operated one. Absolutely love it. Lawn mower is very light and easy to handle. Battery will last at least 50 minutes unless you have very tall grass to cut. Best decision we made.
I have a Ryobi drill that I purchased over 16 years ago, it's blue not yellow and one battery that came with the set. The drill still works and the batty is a paper weight on my desk now. I made the move to purchase Ryobi years ago and to this day I am still purchasing Ryobi tools. To date I have just about every battery tool Ryobi makes. I just purchased a battery set and got a free hammer drill at Home Depot. I can not say enough about the tools. In the years I purchased the tools, I purchased most at Home Depot or Amazon. I purchased a braid nailer that was unable to work out of the box and I go a complete exchange with Home Depot. I have had real good results with All my Ryobi tools. I have somewhere in the shop every tool I need and I could always use another Battery. I have a light that is over 20 years old that still works well. The few tools that have stopped working are tools that got wet or had Sand in the tool from working in areas at beach. This says a lot about the tool. I am now retired and don't use the tools as much, yet I do use the tools a lot in my shop.
I would not change for another tool, I have had such good performance from the tools I have, I will stay with what works. So thanks for the good tools you make.
Purchased a combo tools package at Home Depot. Battery lasted about 3 months of VERY LIGHT USE (I have a tiny yard.) Every attempt to convince their warranty and customer service folks to honor the warranty has failed. They have promised twice since March (it is now June) that "it was on the way- 7-10 days." They also promised an "apology gift" which must have traveled the same route as the non-existent replacement battery. I now have two Ryobi tools and no battery. If I must purchase another battery to replace the crap one it came with, it will be with a reputable manufacturer and NEVER AGAIN RYOBI. Their website is awful and I truly believe is designed to make it impossible to actually connect with a representative (every email has been ignored, Chat function is worthless (every promise made on the chat has been empty.) Forget trying to call (hours on hold only to be place in endless circular holding patterns.) BUY RYOBI AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Lost my Milwaukee Sawzall, so being so satisfied with my ryobi weed eater I decided to try to save soms $ and try the ryobi 18 volt reciprocating saw. Wow! Cuts better the my Milwaukee! I'll try ryobi again.

I own drill set- leaf blower for yard work- whipper sniper- hedge trimmer. Now I bought a new all wheel drive battery operated lawn more for $ 998.00 at my local HOME DEPOT where I buy all my Ryobi Tools. I love the idea of everything runs on batteries. My wife needs no more gas for the lawnmower and trying to always start it. We have extra batteries so we do not have to wait for them to be charged when we do yard work. Excellent products. Keep up the good work. Prices are very reasonable.
Purchased the vacuum to clean up cat litter scattered as the cat leaves the litter box. Does an excellent job, has lots of suction and is easy to handle.
You can't beat the price for its functionality! Well worth it!
Nothing more to say!
