We have a 1996 Minnie Winnie with a Norcold fridge. RV Upgrades had the parts we needed to fix the door handle on our fridge when no other place did. Our order arrived quickly and we had our door fixed in no time.

I ordered a new door lock for my trailer. As we live full time in it, replacing the broken lock as quickly as possible was imperative. I placed my order online, next day air delivery. East peasy. The new lock arrived as ordered, but the unit was damaged in shipping. I left a voicemail which was responded to the next day. I asked for the replacement to be shipped overnight, as I had paid for the first unit. They granted my request and the new unit showed up the next day, no damage. Everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Great doing business with Rvupgradestore. Will certainly use them again.
Actually received ahead of schedule. Only concern, box was damaged. Upon opening, everything seemed to be in tact with all parts.

On a recent camping trip my son lost the handle to raise and lower his cargo/camping trailer. When we got home he was having some trouble finding one online.He had another camping trip coming up the following week and needed to find this part.He called me one evening, as apparently I am the online shopping expert and asked me if I would check and see if this website was legit (rvupgrade)as the price was so much lower than others he had seen.It was I ordered it for him with my PayPal just in case.It came way more quickly than we expected, they sent the tracking info quickly.We are a large family of campers and we are spreading the word.So glad that we found RV upgrades!

After a long and expensive journey I realize after several conversations my units were plagued with problems. Im disappointed the company whom manufactures these new of the problems for many years and never had a recall. When we 1st bought ours in July 2010 the pro blems seem to be evvery time you hit a bump the unit would flicker on and off and request for the stabilers to be retracted. I couldnt tell you how times the the unit would do this or how many times it spent in the shop, and not get fixed. I'm in hopes after 13 years your new units do not act the same way, for this would be very disappointing. I do want to thank your techs in helping us diagnois the problem, very professional. Step drive is nice, but no wiring harnes included. I was told it was a direct replacement. Called and was told that you don't supply the wiring harnes and don,t have them. The step drive that Im replacing had hard wire leads attatched. What a disapointment!
