order a Rab down jacket at April, they send me a looking very old jacket, I return it in second morning, after over a month with a lot of emails. they told me that is a old jacket, & they will not & not possible send me a old jacket, I ask Jackson Davies from the Customer Service to investigate, after a couple months they not reply my email anymore. Do not buy from them.
This company was great! Best price I could find online and arrive very quickly. The Customer service team were really friendly too!
I would recommend this company to everyone. They have great customer service and my parcel got sent back to them and I managed to get in contact with them straight away and got a response straight back. Their re sending it to me with next day. Fantastic.
I was apprehensive ordering from this company having seen the reviews on here but they were the only stockist I could find of a particular part I needed. I called up and spoke to a member of staff in person and they were very friendly and helpful. My order was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day. Whatever the problems were previously this company provided me with excellent service. I will definitely be going to them again!
I wish I'd saw the reviews here before I'd used this company. On their own site they have 100% 5 stars reviews which is obviously quite suspicious and off-putting. Guess why? they moderate the reviews! obviously. From ordering to receipt of product took 17 days (with a few email back and forths in between), enough said. At least it taught me to find independent reviews of companies before using them!
I ordered two items that the website said were in stock. One was dispatched 4 days later, the other I rang up and cancelled the order because it wasn't in stock and would not have been available for a forthcoming trip.
It is unfortunate that they say items are in stock when they are not but reading the smaller print on their website does outline what they define 'in stock' to mean. SO in part it is me not reading the small print meant I could have avoided the situation. nevertheless 'in stock' within its normal meaning does not suggest not immediately available.
It took me two attempts to ring them, the second was about 30 seconds waiting. When I did speak with them and explained that I needed the second item for a imminent trip, they were efficient at cancelling my remaining order and emailed confirmation of the same together with an apology.
Overall, I will read the small print in future, but on speaking with their agent I found them to be efficient at cancelling my order.
Same as many other reviews... AVOID!! I ordered an item that was apparently in stock and would be dispatched that day! Some nine days later still not even dispatched!! I phoned up but the line kept going dead after the initial recorded msg. I emailed, they came back with some rubbish about it not being in the right place on the shelf and it was out of stock and due in any day blah blah blah.... and did I mind waiting as they had upgraded my delivery to first class. I answered NO, I'd just like my money back. Thank God for paypal! I was going to order another item if it came back in stock but funny enough, I've changed my mind.

If you want something from this company, go and physically buy it fro their shop otherwise only order it if you don't mind waiting a lifetime to get it.
I can honestly say that I have never had and online shopping experience that could even come close to just how terrible mine was with All Outdoor.
Here I hope to outline my experience (which sounds familiar to some of the other reviews seen on third party review sites), so if you want a shorter version, please skip to the end.
After looking through their website for a while, it seemed that they had a comprehensive range of gear which seemed well priced. After a look at some (on-site) reviews, I decided to purchase a bag stating 3 day delivery, with 2 day backlog (that's a total of 5 days). This was being bought for a trip, 2 and a half weeks away, so would receive it in plenty of time. However, I couldn't be more wrong. I had been provided with a tracking number for the Royal Mail, however when I typed this in, the Royal Mail informed me they had no record of a package with this number, and perhaps it had not yet arrived at their shipping office. Thinking that this was a little odd, I emailed All Outdoor asking the status of the package, and was reassured that the item had been sent out the door 'moments before'. More days passed and after a repeat of the previous attempt to track my parcel, I received the same message from the Royal Mail. Emailing again, I was told 'our post isn't picked up to ship until this afternoon', despite this being the same person who told me that he had personally sent it out the door a few days earlier. This seemed a little odd, but chose to wait in have hope the package would arrive nevertheless. It didn't. By now my trip had passed and I was growing frustrated, asking when I could expect it. I was supposedly upgraded to next day delivery (something I didn't imagine possible after the package had supposedly been sent out). When this didn't appear as guaranteed the following day, I was ensured that they had never had a next day delivery package go missing. Not only that, but the managing director was personally sitting down with someone very important at the Royal Mail to sort it out! "Wow!" I thought... "That sounds just as likely as the original 3 day delivery now seemed".... I was told that they could send me another and this would be delivered in a maximum of a few days. By this point, all I wanted was the bag, so I foolishly agreed. Another week passed after being told the package had been shipped (still no package receive after a month has passed, and still not a single word of apology) and being provided the same bogus 'tracking number' as the first time, it was evident that I would likely have moved house a number of times before I would ever see this rucksack, so I asked why this number was the same as before and why I had been messed around so much. The truth finally came out that "we are still waiting for stock and it turns out it wasn't shipped".
So I was royally messed around (through no fault of the Royal Mail as All Outdoor claimed, as they never even received a package from them), being repeatedly told that I would receive my package the following day, that a replacement was being sent and that it was being looked into as a matter of urgency. The reality is likely that All Outdoor never stocked this item and it was ordered automatically from a third party. This isn't always going to be quick, but All Outdoor neglect to inform their customers that this is the case. Having waited over a month to find myself without the item that I paid for, I am left hoping that this review (unlike those clearly vetted and fabricated by All Outdoor themselves) will be of some use to people considering using All Outdoor.
Put simply, I would never consider using All Outdoor's services again and would most definitely not recommend them to anyone.
Awful, misleading customer service. They messed me around for weeks on an item that was due for delivery within a week, changing the due dates, and assuring me it would be there "any day". Finally, after much complaining, I managed to get a final due date from them, which turned out to be over a month since the order. It would have been quicker (and cheaper) to order the item direct from the USA. Alloutdoor were unapologetic, unhelpful, and totally misleading throughout. A waste of time.
I purchased a Therm-a-Rest NeoAir Camper Mattress which had a manufacturing fault so I returned it to All Outdoor. They offered refund or to wait until the next batch came in, which could have been 3 months. I chose to wait.
A couple of weeks later I received a replacement matress from them only to discover that it was the same one that I returned with the exact same fault.
I again returned the product and opted for a refund.
The customer service was prompt though fairly unapologetic given such a mistake, but the reason for writing this comment is that their internal admin must be very poor if returned faulty goods are being returned to stock and sent out to customers.
When I purchase something I expect a new item, not one that somebody else has rejected, doubly so when the item is an expensive one.
Watch out - your expensive purchase may be somebody else's reject.
