Was shocked at how fast my load leveling hitch arrived however my brand new 700 dollar hitch had paint chipped off and was already rusty. Just a bummer because of how fast things rust in michigan.

It has a 1" deep x16" crevice in the side from a forklift fork. It seems to run good so far. Do you think i could get some $ off on my next purchase for taking damaged goods?

My order of 4 gallons of boiler fluid came in a rugged box, and each gallon was wrapped in a plastic bag for further protection. Delivery was quick. When everyone else was quoting 14-21 days for delivery of a micro air thermostat ( I'm assuming drop ship from manufacturer), I wasn't expecting my order to come anytime soon. To my pleasant surprise it showed up 3 days after order. They communicated with me each step of the order. This was my first order with rv upgrades but won't be my last.
