I received the refrigerator brackets for my refrigerator, I had to elongate the holes on bracket to mount them, then I found the flanges were to short to mount to the wall, so I had to extension for that. My other camper with same refrigerator mounts are a half inch longer.
We have an older RV and parts are becoming impossible to find. RVupgrades had exactly what was needed, shipped promptly, and made certain we were satisfied. Will definately use them and recommend them for parts.
The item worked well as a replacement for the existing part that broke overtime due to stress. I own 14 trailers that I rent to vacationers and have a total of three of these brackets that have broken. The question is will these parts hold up overtime for the use or will they break like the previous ones. So far everything looks good but they've only been in for about three weeks
Fast delivery and prompt customer service. I ordered two items that were in two separate shipments. The first arrived but, the second didn't arrive the same day. I emailed and called customer service regarding delivery of second item. I was contacted the next day with an update. Products were exactly what I expected. I will buy from this company again!
I purchased flush mount table leg bases. I was not expecting much since the originals were cheap and flimsy. The new bases arrived in 3 days and fit perfectly where the others had been.
Works from wifi so I can turn the air-conditioning from home or anywhere else so our travel trailer can be cool before we arrive. No more waiting for hours for it to cool down.
I placed an order and received confirmation of the order. After receiving no other notice after a week, I called. They informed me the order was flagged as fraudulent so they cancelled it. They DID NOT refund my money at that time. It was not until I called to find out the status of my order that they refunded my money. I do not recommend any company that takes your money, then cancels your order with no notice and keeps the money until you call to find out the status. They could not tell me why this was flagged as fraudulent making this even more frustrating.
I am trying to return the wrong one for the right one but it will cost me 83.00 to do so. I have to return these at 25% return cost, plus shipping. So not sure what Im doing. This is the reason for the low rating. Plus it took 3 days for someone to get back to me. I called twice and e-mailed as well.
Product arrived as expected and on time. Could have used a quick 1-page instruction sheet on installing gas struts but found a video on Youtube and installation went smoothly.
I ordered two replacement squirrel fans for my Mach 8 air conditioners and they were received quickly and were correct. In fact, the charge was still pending on my ccard when the arrived...

Very fast delivery. The product seems amazing. We haven't installed yet because in order to fit our rv, we have to make small notches in the back of the steps.
My order came on time. But it is not the size I ordered. The size I ordered was 4-3/4 x 1 -3/4 with a 5/16 bore. The one I got only 1-5/8 wide. How do I return it to get the right one?
Got stairs but box was open then taped back up it was also torn open on one corner and a couple of parts on the stairs where bent but I straightened it out
