My travel trailer has a rear "hatch" that was held up by two struts but the hatch itself must've been particle board cause it started to show indentations of the brackets for the struts and after a couple of years, the brackets themselves started coming loose as the wood they were mounted into started to deteriorate. Longer struts solved the problem and allowed stronger and better wood support pieces to be installed for a really nicer install... and all by a DIYer. Couldn't have done it without Amber Bluhm and the team at RVUpgrades. Supported me through it all and helped achieve a final good looking and more efficient result.

After ordering the SeeLevel II RV tank monitoring system, I realized that 2 of my tanks were on the shorter side (approx 6" deep). I found the short JS model sensor boards on RVupgradestore for much less than other sites. They shipped quickly and arrived on time. The sensor boards were packaged well & worked perfectly! I will use RVupgrade store for future projects.
My order arrived minus a $35.00 part so I called them to inquire. The CS rep told me that part wasn't included in the price. I showed her their add that said it was. She said that she would research it and get back with me. She called the next day saying their add was incorrect but would honor it anyway and promptly shipped that part to me. Nothing but high praise to RVupgrades
It would have been nice to have been notified that my order had been split-- there was some confusion.
The ordering process was easy and while the therrmostat in black was on back order we instead chose the option of the white, which it turns out looks better that the black.
Happy to upgrade from old style chrome bubbles to these nifty covers.
