RV Upgrade is my go to online place for parts. That being said one is unable at times to ensure the ordered parts work. This time the plumbing flair fittings I ordered kinda did the job. Am I satisfied yes. Will I return for other items hell yes.

My order arrived on time and it met my expectations. The communication while in transit were excellent. I was very happy with the service.

I signed on with a number of online suppliers for this very rare part (Thetford Tecma Macerator Controller). Asked them all to notify me when they had the part back in inventory. Only 4 out of ten notified me and RV Upgrades was the first and the least expensive. They have earned my loyalty!

New motor has about 1/8 inch end play and rattle terrible when running. Need a replacement for this

After finding the perfect product and placing my order, I was disappointed that my requested overnight delivery was badly handled resulting in delivery delays. The problem was not with the shipper; UPS, but with RVupgradestore.
However, they did take responsibility after I complained and credited a portion of the delivery charge.

I lost one of my jack plates on the way home one weekend. I ordered my replacement part on Sunday and received it by Tuesday! I wasn't supposed to get it for another full week! Very pleased with the ease and speed of service. Will definitely be using again!

For such a small piece of plastic, the box was excessive as was the shipping cost

Received order in timely manner. Unfortunately, I was trying to replace a Bluetooth monitor and the one I received was not Bluetooth capable. I had already installed it when I realized that and referring to return instructions, it did not appear to me that it could be returned in "used" condition…my loss!

A positive one. But it I had went with just the white shroud cover for my air conditioner. It would not have worked. The one with the grey band fit perfectly.: and they had the best price!Thank you

I searched the web for a replacement part.
Several companies with a large spread of pricing for the same part.
I ordered it here because of the price and had it the next day with ground shipping.
Installed part and I am back to having a functional washer/dryer.
I'm so pleased.

The price was good and fast shipping, however it didn't fix our problem. However not Rvupgradestore problem, they are always good have lots of options, usually fairly priced and fast delivery. The thermostat works for one a/c and looks to be well made and a lot nicer then the 5 button duo therm one we had. Will be nice to remotely control it for my dog that we travel with.

Ordered replacement circuit board for my rv refrigerator. Worked perfectly.

Overall standard experience. I received exactly what I was looking for at a decent price.

I received everything okay although I received 24 valves when I only needed 12 for my four 12 volt batteries. Found it difficult to find the correct part number to order for the system I have i.e. Four 12 volt Dura Cell batteries.

I recieved the wrong item it should have been (5) five of the GSNI-5200-30 and I recieved the 5100-30. To where do i send these back so you can send me the correct ones.

RVupgradestore is an above average online store. When I couldn't figure out what parts I needed they took the time to help even though it wasn't a part they had in stock. Also I have found their prices to be the most reasonable.

Rvupgradestore had all the replacement parts I needed to repair my awning. Package arrived quickly with parts well protected in the box. I checked several sites and these guys had the best price on everything I needed.
