I ignored the negative feedback that has been submitted upon discovery of this site. However there's been an issue with my order. I reached out for support and was offered a re-order. I asked for expedited shipping in hopes to make up for lost time. The associate stated that only ground shipping was available. Not sure why Rvinyl chose not to handle the re-order with urgency. I have not received my order, I might have to ask for a refund. Is there anyone in charge of tracking shipments?
I ordered vinyl for my dash thinking it would be thicker and easier to apply. The thin vinyl and inaccurate cuts made application extremely difficult and the final result unacceptable. Extra vinyl in some areas resulted in bunching and wrinkling while other areas required a heat gun to stretch to fit which made adhesion become sub par. Overall the thin vinyl resulted in being able to see seems and depressions underneath while the inaccurate cuts lead to visually unsatisfying end result. I would not recommend anyone buy this product for the classic Saab 900 dash.
Saw good reviews and am hoping for a good fit. Made my purchase and paid $10.00 for shipping. All I received was the extras I ordered to install the tail lights…. And no tail lights. I will say they were quick to respond when I reached out, and now have a new tracking number so I very much appreciate that. But definitely frustrated with having to wait another week. I would have rated the product if I had received it.

Answer: I shopped with the company for over a decade before this issue. I would not have said so in the past, but recent online reviews suggest that the company is knowingly sending damaged products out.
Answer: I say find someplace local you can go to. Don't purchase vinyl on line seeing its going to be difficult to return if you need to. They will say anything to prevent from paying you.
Answer: They don't have a working number to talk to anyone. Just email address to talk to people who give you the run around. After sending pictures of the 2 vehicles they still sent me the wrong product 2 times. Then refused to return my money.
