Got my item very quickly can't wait till I can put my headlight tint on
38 years in the sign business and I have done very little tinting. I installed the original material several weeks back. It took some time for the moisture to dry completely but that must be normal. It ended well. The helper I took said we could use factory edge to seam. However, I saw a slight gap and wished I hadn't listened and done the clean cut I typically do. Also the color didn't seem to match up exactly, but I will recheck when I go to do the retint on replacement window.

Had an issue with the delivery of my order. Not caused by RVinyl. I notified them and they jumped on the problem and helped me solve it
Ordered tail light film for my SL500. What I received was clearly defective, as in there was something wrong with the material itself. It was far too brittle for tint film. Anyway, it broke apart as I was peeling it from the paper so I wasn't able to install it. I'd heard it works great and maybe that's the case when you get a good piece, but I guess I'll never know.
Colette Jay in customer service was about as useful as pedals on a wheelchair. Without asking any questions they told me that 'the team decided it's an installer error and it's not covered'. It definitely was not. This stuff is about as complicated as picking up dog poop.
I checked them out on Yelp, seems like this is par for the course. Send out a crooked or mismatched cut of film by mistake, refuse to acknowledge it, blame the customer. Rinse & Repeat. Overall I got the feeling that this organization has some real delusions of adequacy.
Also- it turned out to be the same cheap film you can buy rolls of on amazon for like 15 bucks. If you want a quality product I'd recommend Lamin-X. Similar prices but a vastly superior product.
I've placed 5-6 orders with them in the last two years. I have never had a problem.
I received the wrong stuff for a completely different truck
I bought headlight/tailight tint for my vehicle before realizing the state I live in doesn't take too kindly to them. I was able to have my items accepted for return easily and provided with credit to pivot to buying vinyl wrap for my interior. Take that state laws!
If I could give this poor excuse of a company zero stars I would! They have the WORST customer service. How this place is still in business is baffling. Oh wait...It's cause they take your money, send you the wrong product, refuse to give you a refund or credit even when you ship them the product back. But if by chance your return is lost in the mail they refuse to open a lost package claim for you. So, If you want to throw your money away then by all means order from here!
I've used your products in the past, a while back. Happy to said you delivered a retail transaction the way received when I was doing business as Signs By Tomorrow Annapolis. Very satisfied.
