However, I ordered two rolls and the smaller one wasn't properly secured and one of the ends of the roll is beat up.

This may be, by far, one of the worst products I've ever bought for a car. The precut kit does not fit the model I selected, and it is too big for the size of the windows; therefore, there is no way to properly place it in the inner side of the vehicle. What a waste, and what a disappointment. Never again.

Purchased $800 in materials and received a notice shortly after that I would need to send a picture of my state identification and the credit card that I used to their customer service. I decided I did not want to provide this information and requested that the order be cancelled. Turns out they already banged my card anyhow and it took 4 days to get my money back.

Vinyl headlight wrap ordered but they sent the wrap for a different car but would not acknowledge their error.
The kit I ordered was for a 428I M. The lower reflector Tint was not correct because they are different on an M.
The Tint is very thick and could not be applied without stretching with a heat gun. Material is too thick to really work with and the sizing could be better. I have done 2 other BMWs with other products and had great results.
Thought I was buying a wood kit...ended up with substandard decals, if it was the same as the straight cut stuff for und $80 it wouldn't be so bad but its a rip-off at $129. They can be returned but all you get is a store credit which is usless...once they have your money its theirs. DON"T DO IT!
