The precut panels were bigger then the windows. Had to trim down the tint. Definitely a learning experience. Unfortunately, some of the tint had to be trashed because the outcome was less then desirable. I'll leave the tinting for the professionals.
Ordered a rear tail light blackout kit for my new Sorento prestige... apparently the kit they sell isn't for the Prestige trim, their site doesn't specify that and when I sent pics that the pieces don't fit, I was told the owner would t approve a refund. I'll never buy anything again from a company that treats return customers like that.

Kit came, didn't fit, I sent pics, was told by their employee that thekit doesn't fit the Prestige trim. I said your site never said that so can I have a refund. I was told the owner wouldn't do that. What a joke.

Over a week later I'm asking about tracking and was told it had not shipped and would not in stock for another month and a half. I could have continued my search for what we needed for a new clients project, but I thought it was on the way.

3 weeks ago today, I ordered a dash kit, and was charged for 2 purchases. I emailed their customer support less than an hour later, and was told I couldn't refund the order. It took nearly a week to resolve thus and get my money back for the second order, and after 3 weeks, my product still has not arrived. Very disappointed.
