I ordered tail light tint for my car. I installed per instructions and all the videos I watched. Within 5 minutes the tint ripped. I was not pulling hard at all. Just readjusting it. I reached out to ask about a replacement. I was informed they do not warranty installation errors. Fine. The replacement piece was around $12. Fine. But to charge me $10 to ship it is ridiculous. When I reached out again, the would not try to make this new customer happy. No budge no offer of free shipping. Nothing. I planned on using them for black out all the chrome on my car but I will choose a company that wants to make things right with customers.
I haven't used the product yet, so the jury is sitll out. I hope it is durable and stretches to wrap around the corners.

I didn't realize that you had so many color and pattern options. It made making a final decision extremely difficult and had to have the help of two others for a final choice.
