I am missing two back side of my 4runner got back glass, back door, front door, and two windshield ones.

Originally my order was shipped incorrectly, I emailed with the issue and Mariel S immediately responded and corrected the order and shipped it to me the next day so I could complete my project. Great job Mariel S!

It made me pick a star. I would have selected negative star to be honest. But this company is okay with one star. A business with no respectable moral, ethics, and values should not be open. They are knowing selling undercut and misaligned precut tint and do not accept customer returns or give full refunds. I asked for an attachment via email of the community guidelines on their website,because it wouldn't open. It's been over two months and no attachment sent. I don't think any community guidelines were ever wrote and they just said they had them. When asked for a supervisor name and contact info. I was instructed that they couldn't give that out. I ask to have their supervisor reach out to me via email. I'm not holding my breath. I've still got a bad taste in my mouth.

Price, options, & selection are good, but it took over a week for the package to be received by USPS from when I received the "shipping notification" e-mail. Took too long based on what my clients expwct from me.

Great service fast delivery accurate product description

I ordered a custom dash kit in carbon fiber for a 2024 Kia Sportage. The listing said it was for 2023-24 models, but the most important piece that I was interested in was for the gear shift center console. The kit I received had a gear shift console piece for lower trim models of the vehicle and not for my specific model which has a push button ignition with the switch on that center console. There was no way to make the piece in the kit fit my vehicle since it was smaller than my gear shift console and didn't have the cut out for the Start/Stop button. I contacted Rvinyl several times via the website contact form. I explained what piece I needed and included photos. They first sent me a replacement piece for the gear shift console, but it was the same as the original and not for my model trim. I finally was able to get an email address for the sales department and after sending them a full description of the issue, was told they didn't have a kit for my vehicle and didn't know when they would update their kits to include my vehicle's specifics. They did allow me a store credit for the cost of the kit I ordered.

I really love the color! I got it so fast than I expected. And to be honest, It was little sus when it said reflective and it seems not really on the photo but it is so amazing.! I might order more again.

I like that RVinyl is competitive in pricing on smaller orders of vinyl wrap; their $9.99 flat rate shipping is what sealed the deal for my business.

I only knock a point off my rating because they also harass you with, "Hey! You have items in your cart that you haven't purchased! You wanna complete your purchase now?" emails. I hate those, especially when I'm not an existing customer, and you're contacting me with info from a half-completed order.

Actually I needed to replace one of the panels and thought these were those parts. I really didn't need "tint" film. So a wasted cost for me.

The wrap was not as described and when I asked for a return and refund they denied it. If I knew that they would deny the return, I would have never purchased.

The website makes the material selection process extremely easy and offers a very interesting variety of materials for various uses. I was very satisfied with the delivery time. We have not yet installed the material but it is of excellent quality.
