They talk about a return policy because they know it's hard to get exactly what you need online but then they figure out whatever way possible to tell you what you bought won't be covered under the return policy and therefore isn't eligible to return. I would never use this company again for vinyl.
The 3M 180mC Controltac Cast Vinyl was just what I needed for my project. With the 24" width I was able to make a long and wide rollercoaster cut out for my grandson's bedroom wall. He absolutely loves it!

I ordered specific 2016 Mercedes benz GL outer graphics. The 4 door edge guards & door cup protectors that protect from finger nail scratches as you go to grab the outer door handle that come on all mercedes GL.
They sent graphics that wont fit this car! & they sent 2 & 2, not 4 & 4.

While the wrap can come damaged it has never been anything the heat gun couldn't get out. Overall I haven enjoyed the material I have received.
Front window tint came creased and was cut way too small. So it was ultimately unusable junk
Rear window tint was fine
I opted to get the windshield strip as well. And that was an extra $20 wasted. I get that it's labeled as universal, but it was 8" TO SHORT! In my opinion, you guys should have several different lengths to choose from, or at least advertise the length somewhere on the website.

Horrible. Cut pieces do not fit properly/ were not cut correctly. And I'm told that my stock interior is aftermarket(which it isn't) and that was the end of conversation
