I called the 800 number with a question. I found the auto-agent very frustrating - it takes time to get to the correct number to press w no capacity for verbal commands. However, once I got to a human agent, all my questions were answered professionally. Elias was patient and very helpful! Thank you!

A one star is to nice, I wish I could do no a star. This company is a scam we did everything like they told us to do and a week before we where to fly out they said we didn't sign the documents in the right place. They didn't even call us to let us know there was a problem with our passport they sent us a email with an odd name on top. It wasn't until we called them to find out what was going on that they told us we sign in the wrong place. Than they try to charge us $400 more to "rush" ot or get it next day which is a LIE. They even said it's not really next day but could be up to a week. Than when we asked for our documents back they charged us AGAIN to send them back to us to we can go to an actual company. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DONT USE IT. Save yourself the time and money and go another place.

Russ My Passport performed as advertised. Simple process, good tracking, reliable order completion.
THE WORST. It took 6-8 weeks to get an "expedited" passport. They kept citing mistakes on my part, but in the end, there were none, just added fees and delays. In addtion to the money paid to them, the passport office, and their added fees, I lost quite a lot of money having to change flights and lose hotel reservations. The scam is intermittent so some people have okay experience. DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR VACATION DAYS.
I applied for a Priority Service package that said I would receive my renewed passport in 7-9 days. I filled out the application, but found there was no way to download it or print it. I had to call the office and waited on hold for 30 minutes. Then I was told it could actually take 14-15 days to receive my passport (coincidentally landing on my departure date). I took this as a covert way to upsell clients. I requested a refund and opted to make the drive to the nearest government passport office rather than dealing with this type of business practice. They lost a customer for life for a measly $200 upsell.
Avoid as much as possible. You are better off using a different service or doing it yourself. I used the service to get expedited SERVICE. They never provided a checklist. The did not answer their 800 phone number, you are required to leave a message. I upgraded to get faster service, and there still was problems. Worse company in the history of mankind. Go out of business.
Thank you so much for helping me renew my expired passport. Although it was quite expensive, you came through as promised, actually a day sooner than expected. I would recommend using the service to anyone.
Do not pay the money to use this service! There is no benefit to paying for this service at all; None! I had to replace my lost passport. I had to fill out the same exact forms that RushMyPassport uses, make my own appointment to go to an agency, submit all the forms / documents/ picture and pay the separate DOS government expedite fees in addition to the $219+ that I was charged for this service. The agent at the Passport office told me I would receive my Passport Book and Passport Card in 3 weeks, which is the same time frame I paid to have my book and card expedited from this service. When I called to request a refund the representative told me that I could not get a refund and then when I asked for my case to be escalated she told me no one was available and that she could email me a form to request a refund. What she didn't tell me is that the form she was sending was a pdf form, attached to an email that can only be mailed by USPS back to the company. No option to request online. As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no benefit to use this service and it is just a way to scam people out of money.
An absolute nightmare these people honestly steal from the working class. I feel so cheated and deceived by the FEDEX and them I started my passport application since September 11,2024 and they have been nothing taking more and more from me and my family almost 900$ for them to just take my dad's passport and a money order of $250. I honestly I am sick to my stomach wondering what they are doing to my dad's old passport that they currently have. They as so incompetent I told them to change my email on my first application which they never did so, I never got notice of what was wrong with my first application. Then I felt so, pushed and pay 400$ for the rush order since my trip was so, close to the date for them to tell me even if I paid the 400$ they still couldn't give me my dad's passport by the set date I paid for Karen Suarez, Jonathan Diaz, Sebastian Barros, and they just hung up the phone on my mom's asking why they were asking for another document when on Friday they said they didn't need anything else from me. I feel so cheated and scammed honestly and I feel they they were throwing me back and forth like a rag doll on 10/04/24 speaking too so, many people in their office assuring me everything was good. Now Karen told me they can't refund any money to but its under the 72hour process.
An outstanding experience from start to finish. I made a small mistake which they helped me correct easily. My passport arrived long before the expected time. Using this service beats doing alone!
I had a frustrating experience with Rush My Passport service. Contacting them proved nearly impossible.
Calls only led to automated messages or prompts to leave voicemails. It took two days for a return call.
Missing that call meant re-entering the maze of automated attendants. The callback number and menu option in their voicemail just asked for another message.
Needing urgent service, I opted to schedule an appointment directly with the passport office online. I secured a slot for the next day.
I picked up my passport just two days later. The total cost was $195 for 1-2 day service, including passport and rush fees.
Save yourself money and headaches by applying directly through your local passport office online. It's faster, cheaper, and far less stressful than dealing with third-party services.
