It was a good experience, but expensive. Although I'd use this company again, I hope to never have to rush a passport ever again due to the stress. The company walked you through what had to be done and they were very professional. I needed my husbands passport in 5 days so I was frantic, but they assured me that if I followed the proper steps the passport would get to me on time and they were right. I called on a daily basis to get updates and they were very informative every time I called, keeping me updated. Thank you for all of your help!

I was in a panic when I found out passports needed to be valid 3-9 months beyond a stay in certain countries. I was going to Spain and Italy when I realized my passport would not fit this criteria. This service is unbelievably fantastic! On a Sunday before he was traveling internationally, I discovered my son's passport had just expired. Frantically I searched online for a solution and found rushmypassort.com. Not only were they able to answer all my questions every time I called that Sunday, and when my son called on Monday, but they guided us to ensuring everything was in order before my son sent it by UPS the next afternoon. Then all day Tuesday they called and emailed to send status updates. On Wednesday morning, true to my request, my son's passport arrived!
My experience with rushmypassport was positive. I received my renewed passport in a couple of days. My complaint would be on the extreme cost. I as think about it, I should have been more aware of the time frame needed.
You Saved Me. I decided to go to the Philippines last minute with some friends but my passport expired a month to early. The service was expensive but I am satisfied only 4 total days to get a pasport is awesome but next time I will renew when it has 12 months left. Passports are pretty much worthless the last 6 months anyway for travel.
I spoke to a couple of customer service reps. All were excellent. I had a few problems with my application which were my mistakes and they helped to resolved them quickly. Will use this service again for other family members.
I didn't get approval from my work for my vacation time until 3 weeks out. It slipped my mind until that moment when I started my packing list that my passport had expired. I was in the middle of a house re-finance so my mind was on other things! I knew at one time that I could do a walk-in passport renewal, but found that with all the security changes that was no longer feaaable for driving into Canada since I did not have proof that I intended to visit.
