We were under 2 weeks from flying to Cancun - I realized last minute that my daughter needed a passport. I was able to get all documents collected and sent in one day. The people on the line were very helpful and honest on which tier I should pick to make sure the passport would make it on time. Mailed it on Monday and received it on Friday.

When they say 3-5 days to get you passport, they are not kidding. I sent out all documents on Friday and my passport is already here with me on Wednesday with 3-5 days service! I wouldn't say the service is cheap (The price is very competitive though), but it's worth every pennies I spent otherwise I would miss my trip. 10 percent discount was just icing on the cake. I don't want to find myself to be in the situation that I would need to rush my passport within a week again, but if happens, I would use their service without hesitation. Thanks!

Service was great. Everything was explained clearly and concisely. The passport photos I sent were of poor quality and your team explained what I needed to do to correct the problem. I had a particularly difficult situation, having lost my passport just before it expired and being in a tight spot on renewal since my birth certificate was also unavailable in a timely manner (Thanks Hudson County New Jersey!). These guys were able to provide me a methodology for still getting my Passport renewed in about 2 weeks, which was amazing. I thought my travel plans were going to go up in smoke. Even when I was given a piece of bad information which led me to make a wasted trip to the local Post Office to have documents sealed, they came through on the spot and emailed the information I needed within 30 minutes. A quick trip to the local FedEx/Kinkos to print and I was back on track. Totally satisfied.

When you first see their homepage you may not understand every detail of the process. So call the supplied phone number and you are going to talk to a very helpful, friendly, patient person (not a machine).
Once you selected all the services you want and arranged payment, all the necessary and detailed information comes through email. Particularly useful is the checklist. Read carefully all the small and large prints, everything is important there. If need help, call again their number.
All in all rushmypassport provides excellent service when you trip is in limbo.

I am very happy with the service from Rushmypassport. The instructions are very clear and when you call in as required they person who assists you is very helpful and reminds you of what you need to do. One service I inquired about required that my passport be required within 72 hours of travel. I could not wait to cut it that close and, although renewing through the post office would have taken 3 weeks for expedited servive, that would not have gotten me my daughter's passport in time.
