Such a charade. These fraudulent character pass themselves off with a very official looking website, tricking one into thinking they are on the US government site. Shady business, does no more than what you can do for yourself on the real passport website. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.

Called them up for refund (after realizing I got scammed b/c went to post office and I was hit hard with the shock there). The fact that they are the classic Indian speaking scammers who steal money is one thing; what's MUCH MORE IMPORTANT is that they ask you for your passport ID #, social security number, cc number, and all other bkg details of yourself. Who knows what they do with all that info? Unfortunately had to go through hell changing all my info via the bank etc., freezing my credit, reporting to police... oy... evil people.

This group has a really clean site and makes you feel like you are getting what you need, but its false and a front. The same documents can are downloaded directly from the US Government State Department website for FREE! No Cost. They also make the fee seem like its a lower cost, but the fee gets you nothing. You still need to pay the full fee to the State Department by Check, not an on line payment.

I mistook this website as an official government website and was charged $38 for paperwork that you can have done for free. Now they have all our personal information and I can only hope that the cost of doing business with them has not jeopardize our personal security information. Be smart and go directly to your local town office or post office to process your information. It's not worth it.

Paid $64 to these folks for passport renewals. Sent everything off just to have it returned "Denied for Non-Payment" 45 days later. After looking at their website again, I see this little statement on the lower left side stating "Government fees paid separately.". See photo. This is how they get your money for doing nothing. Little did I know at the time that the $98 I was charged was for access to their online copy of the form required for renewing the passports. NOTHING ELSE. I now have to pay AGAIN to actually get renewed passports.
These folks are the best hold up artist I have ever seen. They got $98 of my money for doing nothing and they didn't even have a gun.

Fool me once shame on you! You will not get a second chance.

There is a real warm place down there waiting for these folks.

This site is a scam site offering u links to things you could otherwise access for free not allowing u to print without paying leading u to believe it is one of the many hoops a person has to jump through to get a passport (it is not!). They state that this does not cover other fees and u are still subject to those but it leads you to believe it is a mandatory part of the process, then refuses to refund your money!
Do not fall prey to them or you'll be out 49$ for a free piece of paper!
They show up at the top of your search and imply they are a legit government site, They are NOT

I foolishly believed this was a passport site I was in a rush to get it expedited in time charged me $38 I canceled it but not a week later it shows on my bank account $1000 was taken out of an atm near me and I have my debit card and everything. They steal your info and use fake cards to pull money from the bank wirelessly! I don't think my bank can track it because it says it was the bank closest to my house which they also have that info! So stupid, I don't know what else to do...

This is fraud. I can't believe I fell for it. I just had to lock my credit. Why is this site up if people are already reporting it.

I have been going through stress do to my family. They are tryin to prevent my travel. So I know. Orgs are scams when its supposed to be. Gov. Because these are gov forms.

But Im tired from hours of work and an argument with my mother. I thought I had closed the. Org and had the. Gov opened.

Aparently I can't have 4 $#*!in seconds to myself. I havent purchased anything but I did fill out all my info. Closed it right before singing up for it after seein what it was.

I am afraid. I dunno if they can get anything outa this. I payed for nothing but I really hope my funds are ok.

I foolishly mistook this site for a govt. Site and filled out a passport renewal form thinking They'd get this done for me. But I realized they only get you to fill out and download forms which requires your SSN #, other personal and credit card info. Has anyone been affected by identity theft or other problems after signing up with them? Please share your experience here. They do have disclaimers of not being affiliated with the US govt. Passport agency but I missed seeing them completely.

I just paid $38 for a free piece of paper all for paper? Someone needs to shut them down, I will call and call and call

They took all of my personal information and I thought I was renewing my passport on the USA website. MAJOR USER ERROR BEWARE THEY TAKE ALL OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

This is NOT a Government agency. They will charge you $38 just for giving you the possibility to fill up and print the form that is available for free at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html legitimate government passport renewal site. I fell for it not reading a small print on the top of the web site. But I don't know how many people are reading those small letters. If you fell for it already, call your bank right away while the payment is still pending (like I did). They reversed the charge right away. Also make sure you write the letter to your congressman, so they can do something about it.

Someone told my wife to use this site and she wasted $38 for a couple hours of frustration and wasted time. And once I took over and got everything entered and tried to produce a printed form, NOTHING HAPPENED! I then got n the US passport site and got her a form and instructions filled out and printed in less than 30 minutes. PassportUSA.org Claims: "We simplify the process of completing Passport Forms Online using our advanced PDF & Document Editor." is a gross mis-representation of their site's functioning and performance. Their PDF document editor is a horrendously bad and inconsistent system with ZERO efficiency and sketchy performance. The performance of their site is so poor, I am now concerned that the private information entered into the input pages is now in jeopardy of being available to the identity theft community! Stay away from this site and go directly to the US government passport web site: https://www.usa.gov/passport

This website is passportusa.org, and I even thought it was official government department. After I paid $38 I realized it charged by this company and has nothing to do with the passport. Actually filling form online is free in the official website.

Don't use this site. Go to the official. Gov website and get the form for free. They charged me $38 for nothing.

All said above -- this is pure scam, stay away!
God forbid you to give them your SSN and home address...
