The passport being renewed was unique... as the last passport issued was when our son was 8 yrs old, and his driver's license liscense was issued less than six months ago, so we had to provide additional secondary sources of identification. I was of course disappointed that I paid to expedite only to get mine a day after he did, but honestly it was worth the money to me just to have the checklist and have someone look everything over before it was submitted. My experience with rushmypassport.com was amazing. They are very professional. I was immediately assigned an agent- James Rosier. He was very helpful and kept me informed through the whole process. I have to admit. I was concerned at first, sending fees to a company that I did not know and expecting a result before my flight. After speaking with James, he made me feel assured and confident. The automated phone calls and emails confirming the steps were awesome. I received notification that my package arrived, that the information was sent for processing and notification that the package was sent out to me :) James confirmed that my package had arrived. My passport expired a few months ago and I suddenly needed to take a business trip overseas. Thought I might have to wait a few weeks if going through the US Dept of State but was pleased to find this site with a quick Google search. After reading a few 3rd party reviews I was satisfied (given the circumstances) that the business risk was worth a few hundred dollars to give it a try. Thought there would be more hoops but no, had my passport had delivered to my door within less than 48 hours! I had to call customer service a few times to clarify some points of confusion for me, but they were all very polite, professional, and courteous, practically hand-holding me through the process (even when my phone disconnected us near the end of the call). I was very pleased with this service, really can't believe that was so quick and easy.

This service was great! I realized that my passport had expired about 30 days prior to my trip. There is no walk in passport service near where I live, so I had to rush it. Process was easy to use. Only 2 constructive feedback items: 1. Expensive (but when required it is what it is) and 2. The links in the email didn't work and the images didn't display well, so some of the steps were hard to read. Bill H in customer service was great in helping me get through the process. Would definitely refer friends and family to this process.

We discovered (to our horror) that my son's passport was expired just 5 days prior to our trip to Costa Rica with the entire family and we were traveling over the days leading up to the trip as well, leaving us with few options to solve the problem. Rushmypassport walked us through the process, which was more complicated because my son had been under 16 when his last passport was issued.
