My luck started the day before when I was connected with Sandra at extension 1045 for my passport processing. It doubled when I happened to get her the next day when I was ready to process my Husbands passport. Sandra was so friendly. She remembered me and was just so pleasant! Both of our passports arrived yesterday! One was processed in San Francisco and the other in Seattle! Just amazing service! Thank you Sandra and Rushmypassport.com for everything! There was a glitch in the way I had signed my old passport compared to the new one but it was caught immediately and even with having to ship to ship paperwork back again I got my passport back in time! Customer service walked me thru the whole process. So grateful.
The Rushmypassport.com website was very informative and easy to navigate. Went to website, Ordered Passport, gathered the requested documents and shipped them out using the Fed Ex label they provided. The whole ordering process took about 20 minutes. 7 days later I received my new Passport via Fed Ex.

Quick, efficient service, exactly as advertised!
For something as stressful and nauseating as needing a passport in a hurry (in my case, a pending German visa that a border security agent wildly complicated by stamping one of my last blank pages after a Christmas holiday with my girlfriend), RushMyPassport has been wildly comforting. So long as you follow all of the (helpful and detailed) instructions, the service does exactly what it says on the tin. In my case, that means the next year or two of my life haven't suddenly been derailed on a technicality. They will even cheerfully answer your (possibly too frequent) calls about questions or concerns with forms or timings and never once did I feel like I was imposing. I can't recommend them enough.
