I had a question about documents, so i chatted with a service rep, and she was very informative. I received email updates about the status of my order. They were extremely helpful. The government computer went down for two days. They monitored the situation very closely. Best customer service ever. The kept me posted on what was going on step by step. Once the passport was ready, they made sure that I got it by 8:00 the next morning.
