It's expensive but that's my own fault. I was give. Great customer service and received regular updates on the progress of my order. I was pretty worried going in--shipping off my passport etc--but everything was fine.

Revived my passport in plenty of time. Once I mailed my package of information I received an email update just about everyday of the status.

Assembling the package was not as easy. The instructions are confusing. There are a mix of standard government instruction and then Rush my Passport instructions. They are not located in the same place. Would be much better to have instructions on one list.

If you are in need of an urgent / rush passport, this is the place to go to. They will definitely get your passport to you within two weeks for sure. I realized that my passport had expired as I don't use it that much. They saved me from a disaster, and would recommend them if you need them for RUSH passport services.

Rush my passport was great. They did everything they promised. I noticed a few negative reviews before I committed but considering I deal with people all day I know that you can't please everybody no matter how hard you try. If you show up with unrealistic expectations I'm sure you will end up unhappy. I would use them again and I will also recommend them to friends if they love to procrastinate as much as I do.
