The review process is thorough. It needs to be. The process was very smooth. Review over the phone takes some time before you send materials. This saves you a lot of time if things are not correct.

I called in for support many times navigating the one line paper work and procedures. Based on the standard that the customer service team provided (over the top patient and supportive) it was noted on two occasions when the support was not as at the same caliber as pervious.
