I completely forgot that my child's passport was expired until 5 days before our departure for a 2 month summer in Europe. Rushmypassport had the new passport issued and delivered to me in 2 days. Saved me a lot of money for fines and stress with rebooking our tickets, not to mention my children's disappointment from having to postpone our trip. My experience was absolutely amazing! Overall my experience was good but there were two major stress factors.
1. After completing Steps 1 and 2, it is important to contact a RushMyPassport.com representative at *******838 to receive your Authorization Letter and Prepaid Shipping Label.
When I repeatedly called this number I was connected to what felt like a scam. It was a series of recordings that were trying to sell cruise trips etc. Again, I REPEATEDLY kept re-trying this number. Finally, I had to google for a customer service rep who gave me the right number.
2. Fedex- We missed the first 2 delivery attempts. Stressful bc we would have had to go to the fedex center if we had missed the 3rd. It would be great if they could leave it at the post office where we could sign for it as it is not over an hour away (Fedex center.

Don't loose your sons passport a week before his trip. If you do, call Rushmypassport immediately. On a week with a holiday, they said it would be there by 9 am, we got it at by 9 am. It saved rebooking, it saved our sanity! Thank you to customer service for walking me through everything while I was panicked! I very highly recommend this service!
The service was presented well - easy to understand - clear - to the point - detailed checklist. I only had a minor question about the process - like if I needed to order on a particular date if I was not going to be at home the next day. I got the answer which I understood and ordered appropriately. The service took less than estimated - so thumbs up - excellent job!

It would be nice if you could fix your website so that customers cannot click several times and have their account charged multiple times. I had one order and my bank account was charged 9 times! The issue was resolved in a reasonable amount of time--but I did not like being told it was my fault. I had no knowlege that it was happening--not even a notification from your company that all of these new accounts were being created. You should have a warning or fix it so that cannot happen.
My company wanted me to go out of the country on business. My passport was expired and the people at rushmypassport did a great job of getting me the passport. I had it in 5 days delivered as promised.

It was a great experience. I called a few times with questions and was always able to reach someone fairly quickly. They were always courteous and answered all of my questions. I also think the price is very reasonable.
After realizing I was still going to have to visit the post office in addition to using this service I was questioning my purchase. Was I ever wrong. They stepped me through the process and caught several mistakes I was about to make that would have forced me to make another appointment with the post office and significantly inconvenience us. Was worth every penny even without the rush factor.

I had a trip to Europe planned when I realized that I had exactly 6 months left on my passport and didn't want to risk it so decided I needed to renew it with only a few weeks left before my trip. I was super nervous about handing over my passport unsure of whether I would get it back in time. Getting my passport prior to using this company was like pulling teeth. The process is so long and drawn out. I spoke several times with helpful representatives when I had questions about procuring new passports. The main reason I am giving 5 stars, however, is that Winnie Mildort was amazing. She and I had 12 email exchanges during which I was trying to arrange a $25 refund. Winnie returned every one of my emails and kept asking the accountants to refund my money. In the end, she went to a supervisor who arranged the refund. Winnie was always responsive and supportive and even though it took several months to get the small refund, I felt that she had my back and would make sure I received satisfaction.
These folks at rushmypassport really look out for you. When they received my paper work with my Walgreens passport picture, they were uncertain if the passport photo would be accepted so they contacted me to get another one. All the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the passport process. I went out that day to a CVS store that had better software to take another picture and over nighted it fedex. Even with having to wait a extra day to ship a better quality picture they got my new passport back to me ahead of time! These folks are professional, efficient and know what they are doing! I highly recommend!
