I've never used a service like Rush My Passport before but when I realized my passport was going to expire in the middle of my upcoming trip, I took a chance and signed up. William Weaver was awesome at answering all of my questions and keeping me updated throughout the process. Their instructions are easy to follow and the overall process is pretty painless. I mailed off all of my documents on a Saturday and received my new passport by Wednesday! I'm very pleased with the service I received and I would recommend Rush My Passport to anyone that finds themselves in a bind!

Rush My Passport is wonderful! Very true to their word with what you can expect throughout the entire process. They keep you very informed as to exactly when you should hear from them again as you go through the process so it really put my mind at ease. James Rossier was my customer service representative and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very patient in explaining things to me and helping me make sure I had everything I needed to ship off to you to make the process go smoothly.

I was skeptical that an outside company could get my passport as fast as they claimed but I needed it fast, like last minute fast. I reviewed some options online and chose rushmypassport.com. I was able to get my passport in 5 days. The customer service was excellent, helping me with my paperwork and following up on the progress to be sure I knew what was going on. They also emailed me a tracker to show the progress. I am very happy I chose these guys and would recommend them to anyone needing a passport fast.

When I first contacted rush my passport, I was told that I didn't qualify for the highest priority level but did qualify for a lower priority. This is something I would have no way of knowing on my own. However that meant i would receive my passport within 3 to 5 business days. I sent my paperwork in and received emails as it went through the process. The first picture I submitted was rejected by the state department, but rush my passport helped me through the process. The customer service is awesome. It took about 5 or 6 days to get my passport, and o thought the cost was high, but I'm very grateful to rush my passport for their assistance and customer service.

Felt like I got upsold and, given the time it took, could have easily gone with the less expensive timeframe I had originally selected. It was exactly as advertised, but the person on the phone lead me to believe that I needed to add and extra day - that the day at the beginning and end for shipping and delivery are not included in the estimated times given, so I paid for a faster method and didn't need it. He was wrong about adding two extra day.

At first we were receiving conflicting information about what information was needed. Then we worked with Sabrina Acquie and she was an outstanding employee! She double checked our paper work, corrected several forms for us and put our mind at ease that all paperwork was correct and ready to go! I thought the customer service was great, and I was really impressed with the detailed instructions.
I had everything I needed before going to a passport agent and felt confident that there would be no bumps in the road so to speak. The checklist was a great idea, very helpful. I Received my passport days before expected which totally eased my fears, as my trip was less than a week away.
The only reason I gave 2 stars for if I would use the service again, was that after going to the passport office, I was told I could have gone done to the county office and asked for a rush appointment and they would have been able to handle it for me for much less money. Besides that, I plan on not losing my passport again! Hopefully.
