I live in California and my brother lives in Ontario, Canada. He was to have emergency heart surgery within the next week or so. I looked for a flight the next day and realized my passport had expired! Having only processed my passport renewal through normal government channels in the past I was unfamiliar with any other process. When looking online I saw Rushmypassport and saw that they could turn it around in 24 hours! Unbelievable! I admit I was nervous but Customer Service and my Rep walked my through it every step of the way. I was given email updates at each stage. Everything went smoothly. The person assigned to my daughters case, Cindy was really really competent. I appreciate it when representatives know what they are doing and have answers to your questions (or can get complete and knowledgeable answers to your questions). A very effective service. I needed to do a passport renewal in under 10 days for a business trip to Germany. The nearest State Department Office is 3 hours from my home outside Austin so I gave Rush My Passport a try. Upon placing my order I received simple instructions and compiled the necessary forms. You then place a call which is promptly answered and the customer service agent does a quality check to ensure your forms are correct and issues a Shipping Label. I dropped off same day ay a Fedex store and then received text updates of progress. I received my passport in the agreed upon service period I paid for without issue. The service is well organized, the people are polite and professional, and they deliver as agreed.
When my husband surprised me with a trip to Belize for our 2 year wedding anniversary, I realized my passport still had my maiden name! I needed to get it corrected before our trip in 3 weeks. I knew there was a small chance I would get it in time by going through the State Department directly, but I did not want to take a chance for any hiccups. I researched this company's track record (yes, I was worried about sending my passport to them) and found no negative reports. So, I took the chance and I am so thankful I did. I cannot say about this service from customer service to ease of applying / receiving: never thought renewing my passport could be so effortless and fast. The entire process is walked through from detail list online to agent on phone. Applied Tuesday overnighted Wednesday had passport in hand Friday. Was in Italy on beach Monday. I highly recommend to all.
Francois "Topaz" Topasna was the person who provided me with customer service. He did an excellent job, although there were really no difficulties to begin with, because the Rush My Passport processing system is highly organized and efficient. It provides very clear instructions to the customer, as well as notifications of progress along the way.

A note for your Southern Calif. Customers: the post office near LA airport is open on Sat. Until 4 pm--and they close off the line at 4. What's nice is that anyone in line at 4 WILL be served that day, even if the staff have to stay until 7 pm. This helped, as we'd arrived at 130 and finally walked out just before 5 pm.

My husband and I had only one week to get passports. We had just moved across country and were feeling lost. Robert J. Tarquini was our case manager and answered every question. He even found the nearest county clerk's office for us and explained that it was often better than visiting a post office. The passports arrived as promised - not a single issue.
At the time of the order my husband was in PR. President Trump had said in order for people to come back from Puerto Rico they would need to have a passport. My husbands passport was in the States.
I thought that i could order him an update passport. When the directions came that we would need him to get an updated photo, I knew that this was not going to happen, as there was a 2-3 month delay in the mail service. What should I do. I contacted rushmypassport and spoke to customer rep. They in turn connected me to the person that could refund my order. I was told that I would receive refund after 7-10 days. Since then I have contacted rushmypassport and received the same answer. It is now the month of June 2018, exactly 7 months since the first conversation and still the money has not been refunded. Maybe you could pass this along to the proper channel and I could get our money back.

I was initially very hesitant in using this service to renew my passport. I'm very skeptical when it comes to giving out personal information. However, under the circumstances, I had no choice. Even though I had some anxieties, it ended well. I received my passport well within the parameters of when they said it would be delivered. I'm just thankful that everything turned out ok.
