Have used the website a couple of times for small items. Ordered a salwar suit for the first time which was described as Lucknowi Chikankari. What I received was nothing like Lucknowi Chikankari. It was cheap machine embroidery on cheap Georgette material. I returned the items and asked for a refund on postage (which cost me almost £8) as the items are not as described but the customer service blatantly refused and has not responded to my emails after refunding just the value of the suits. Absolute rubbish.

WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I got delivered a faulty item, as soon i noticed the damage, i called the company up straight away - only to be advised by a useless unprofessional guy who didn't even know what he was talking about - had no sense of customer service, no empathy, just plain stupid in all his responses to me. Bottom line, all i wanted was another piece to be sent out to me - which was too complicated for him to understand this. I emailed the company images of the faulty item they sent - no phone call no email back. Instead i had to call them back - i was so frustrated at this point - gave up as i didn't feel the need to go over the same situation over and over again with no one paying attention to what i was saying.
Uneducated - low class service - was the time i used them - and it will be the last - will be putting the word out in Leicester and London to people NOT to buy from them.

I have used Rupali a few times in the past, but the first time I ran into problems that was when i discovered how bad a company they were. Clothes are nothing special but delivery was quick. I used them because of convenience. The problem occurred because they updated their website, so when i put a order in the wrong quantity was ordered. I emailed them within 3 minutes of the order to correct it. They still sent out the wrong order and told me to cover return postage. When I put up a fuss they told me they would refund return postage but only if I used a company called myHermes. Guess what myHermes lost the parcel even though they have tracking. This is the first time I have had a parcel lost -something dodgy going on!. IN THE END OUT OF POCKET, NO GOODS, STRESS- NEVER AGAIN.
