We've had to buy several living room rugs (dogs, cats, kids) and Rugs.com has yet to let me down. The selection is so wide at every price point and we are able to find something that looks and feels good, but doesn't cost much, which is exactly what we need. They are always the first place I look when we are looking for an indoor or outdoor rug.

I love rugs.com but not this time i placed an order and was sent out quick enough was even given a delivery date and i waited and waited then at the end of the day checked the tracking and saw nope not gonna be delivered like they said in fact i have no idea as of right now because all that tracking says and has been saying is delayed but till when?

Very easy to order. Rug arrived promptly, in perfect condition. Love the rug! Perfect for the lanai and blends all the colors together love it!

I was looking for a specific rug for my brother but also was concerned about quality. These rugs look to be of high quality. It hasn't been received yet but I felt I got a great deal and was even given a coupon code to use on top of that which was nice because it saved us on some of the shipping. Ordering was easy and I found what he wanted right away

I purchased 2 rugs for my bedroom, to put on each side of the bed, and these rugs were packaged extremely well. I took them out of their packaging and laid them in the living room, top side down for 24 hours to help them straighten out from being rolled up. The back of the rugs have a rubber around the edges to help them from sliding around so much. I am overall pleased with my purchase.

These 2 rugs we recently purchased look great! In our new living room. We purchased one about 4 years ago and for our previous living room and it held up great. For the past 2 years we had it on a porch and it still had it color and pattern.

The shopping online experience was good, no problems. The rugs arrived when they said they would. I haven't put them out on the deck yet due to weather.

So happy ordered another rug. Feels very plush under my feet. Have an older home (1915) so the hallways are narrow. The runner I ordered fits perfectly!
