I was looking for a rug since 12/16/23. I found this site. I was a little worried because I have never ordered from this company before. But I loved how you can see the rug before your purchase in your room. It was delivered super quick.

I have been searching for about 4 years to replace a low pile, teal, round rug for my dining room. I simply could not find the right pile, the right color, in the right size. I even searched on Rugs.com. I either missed this one by a mile, or it arrived in their inventory relatively recently. I took a chance on the color, hoping it would go with the teals and purples in my condo. It's an identical color match to the nearby sectional sofa. The dining room chairs are purple and it's positively PERFECT. The pile is fabulous and soft. At current, the rug is settling before we place the dining room table on it. We vacuumed it to fluff it up and it vacuums so easily. And, our two kitties are having a fantastic time rolling on it to flatten it down!
I was looking for a runner that was at least 8 ft long and Rugs.com had exactly what I was looking for. I didn't need it for a bathroom, but for an area that is walked on often and this rug is beautiful, matches our decor and definitely doesn't look like a bathroom runner rug.
I was so excited to find this outdoor rug. I bought this exact rug 3 years ago and it has done so well. We wanted another to put on another area of the patio and couldn't believe we found the same one after 3 years! I would definitely recommend it! It lays flat and wears well!
I spent days looking for rugs without latex for my new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. All of these rugs are good -- and there is a dazzling array of beautiful patterns and colors. I only chose one rug this time, but I will always come back to this website when I look for rugs in the future.
I found the website a little frustrating in trying to describe what I want and getting very few options. Also, I needed to order quite a few different size rugs all in one style. Most of the rugs were 50% off, but a few of the styles were not on sale at all. Not cool.
If you've ever tried to buy a rug on any of the major internet retailers, you know how they play you. The price range in your search query pulls up rugs that you can't afford because you're being shown the price of a sample or a rug the size of a bath mat. Rugs.com doesn't do that. The prices of the rugs you search match up with the size you're looking for. Every time. That's to say nothing of their inventory, which from what I can tell is the largest online, and their prices, which are the lowest I can find. But even if that weren't the case, I had decided to buy at least one rug from them based solely on my appreciation of how perfectly their site works and how *respectful* it is to the consumer.
Very easy to navigate the website and there are a billion different type of rug designs. Tons of options for rug sizes and shapes too. I've ordered with them before and very happy with speed of shipping.
