Hi. The shopping experience was great. No problems ordering online. Good tracking updates. The problem is with the area rug. It has dark/ dirty spot or stains on the back. I'm unsure of what it is, but because the rug is cream colored, it shows through in certain areas. Plus, the rug seemed slightly damp when unrolling. Not the entire rug, but parts near the end where the staining is. I plan to return

Shopped a long time before getting this rug. There are more details in the inner square. The overall blending is better. I think the rug looks better than the one on the website. It has some pile to it,
