I was hesitant to order rugs sight unseen from a company that neither I, nor anyone I know, had any experience with. But on the Rugs.com site I saw the rugs I had in mind but couldn't find in seven local stores that sold rugs...and on Rugs.com site the prices were much lower than what I had been seeing in the stores. Of course quality is always a question when buying online, but for the prices, I took the chance. The rugs are beautiful, feel nice, were carefully packaged, delivered more quickly than expected...I am very much a fan now of Rugs.com
My rugs were delivered today...really fast! I love them. I bought the Eliza rugs in two sizes and in the beige color. They are true to life as far as color. They tie all my furniture in with all the colors. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Rugs.com is very quick in delivering their rugs and each one I've gotten has been true to the description on the website. This one is perfect to give a pop of color in a small laundry and panty room.
