All companies should offer such a shopping experience as Rugs.com does. We've purchased over $300 of rugs in the past two months. Had to return two of them due to our wanting to change color. Refund was posted to our account in days. New rugs were immediately sent and were the color and quality with which we are pleased. This is the first and only site we choose when purchasing a new rug(s).

My first order, I ordered three rugs. But then when I tried to return it outside of the return window, it was still good because they gave me a partial store credit. But now it's been over a month, and I keep getting the run around that my credit card is not going through. I've used three separate credit cards, which I know are good because my credit score is 800+, but it will not run so that I can receive my rug. I'm highly frustrated. +
