Smooth web site experience as found what I was looking for easily

I already ordered 1 rug from rugs.com and had a great experience, shipped when advised, love the color and goes great with our decor. This is my 2nd order and this time a 10'x14' for living room. Can't wait to receive in the next few days.

The website was easy to navigate. I found varies rigs to my liking that worked well in my yard. Delivery time was reasonable as well.

I was looking for a small (5') round rug for my entry in a light plain gray. Lots of rugs around that have imprints but I was looking for something that didn't conflict with my other area rugs. I've bought in 3 rugs from them and I must say the quality is excellent my husband Eamon spilt koolaid on the one I just took a towel and damped up in there was no stain in it was read I was very impressed that it did not leave a mark I would highly recommend rugs.com to anyone

First time purchase. We'll see. Was a bit frustrated when I filtered and kept getting results from rugs that were unavailable. Once it's sold it should be removed. Even when I selected see similar rugs, the alternative selections weren't even close. I found something else that I like a lot but don't love as much as the two that were sold while I was shopping.
