It was very easy to complete my order online. I am not tech savvy. Even I could complete order on line.
I purchased an 8x10 rug for$219 which is a good price for a rug that size. It came in 2 days! After a few days I concluded I didn't really like the texture and sent it back. I got a free return label with no problems. I dropped it off at fedex and they proceeded to loose the rug in transit after 10 days with no tracking activity! I told rugs.com and they gave me a full refund in 24 hours. I would definitely buy from them again and cannot say how appreciative I am that they helped me so quickly. Also, fedex is the worst.
Quick easy and straight to the point... although a continues adjusments... to payments... do to the current financial climate might help... so example covid maybe loosen some restrictions... when times are stable maybe tighten ups just saying Im projecting my feeling on to you.
I've spent awhile on Rugs.com trying to decide which rug I wanted to purchase. My indecision had nothing to do with the site. There's so much to choose from, and the descriptions and search filters are very helpful. I'm pleased to find so much to choose from, as I have a specific need for a type of rug to only fit in a smaller spot, which I thought would limit my options. Not so! Thanks for making my life easier!
Mid 30s male interior decoration skill level 2. Stepped out of my comfort zone and purchased a rug, it probably helped that the rug was so inexpensive. However the quality of the rug was amazing, The colors were just as vibrant as the photos online, and after a few compliments I pulled the trigger and purchased another couple to finish out the house. Couldn't be happier with my decision to freshen up the house with new rugs!
Looked for a good size rug at a bargain and was not disappointed. Brought several rugs form them before and they have held up well. Great experience, great product. I recommend getting your rug pad from them too. Also, the protection spray. The rugs I got before clean up easy and look great. Doesn't match my furniture so knew right where to go to get a new rug with hall runner and front door carpet. Highly recommend this sight.
It was not handy to have to scroll all the way down the page in my cart to read the review rating. I kept looking for it in the cart next to the item so I could compare my items.
