Everything went well. I liked the fact that you can view the rugs in your room. That is very helpful.
Ordering was easy, the only thing I noticed when I ordered, it automatically put 2 of each article in my cart and I had to cancel and do it over. That's why I gave it 4 stars. When I went to pay, I looked for the lock, so I felt secure in checking out. Customer service even came up to chat or help. One thing I really like is to be able to take a picture of your room and incorporate the rug into your room. It really helped to decide which color and how the size would work. Now just waiting for my order to arrive.
